Leo POV
There was something off about that kid in my art class.
His name is Mickey or something. He was always smiling, real big too. Now there's nothing wrong with smiling, but the smile wasn't natural. It was forced, like somebody was pulling up the corners of his mouth.
He thought everything was funny. The teacher would say, "Go get a watercolor palette" and he would burst into giggles. It was very unnatural and weird. Nobody else seemed to notice, but I did.
He wore ripped pants and the same shirt everyday. It looked like he went shopping at the lost and found. I would sometimes see him picking pennies off the ground and pocketing them. He also never bought lunch, he just sat in the corner of the cafeteria and played with a rubix cube.
I was gonna find out who this guy really was, and why he was like this. Some people might say that this was an invasion of privacy and I should just leave him alone. But, I got the feeling that this kid might actually need help.
There is a possibility that this could just be my big brother senses going haywire. I'll ask my brother Donnie about my suspicions after school.
