Hi everyone, ok first that all, I have to say that I'm new wringting fics so I have this Idea I love Steven universe and my favorite characters are Lapis and Peridot, so I know much people love Lapidot and I know that some people no. But I have this Idea I know that maybe there could be a lot of fics about the life of Peridot and Lapis but maybe I can do something good. So please let me know what do you think .

Chapter 1: something that I never thought

Lapis has been traped for thousans of years, she has suffered a lot of things, have been alone for to long it's something that changes you and when she finally was free, the luck wasn't with her and she passed again a long time suffering, and Peridot, she lost everything, she really don't know to much about Earth yet, and now she wants to help Lapis. Maybe Lapis will find something new, a friend and maybe this will become something more, maybe Lapis will know the love .

thoughts of Lapis: ok, the rubys has gone away and Steven and the others gems are just about too leave too, it's late the sun of this planet begins to hide behind the mountains, what I gonna do here with Peridot? she was not lying about homeworld, looks like she have really changed, I'm scary about all of this, I don't know if I'll be able to live here with Peridot, maybe I should didn't help her, well I did it for Steven I guess, how can I trust in Peridot? -

After a few minutes, Steven finally is ready to go to his home, so he gets close to Lapis and Peridot to say good bye, Lapis was step next to Peridot, both gems were in silence, Lapis was with her arms crossed while Peridot was a little nervus.

Steven: well I have to go, good bye Peridot - he says and then he hugs Peridot -

Peridot: she hugs Steven strong - And what If the rubys come back ? - she says nervus -

Steven: they will not come back, those rubys are dummys -

Peridot: I hope that - says nervus-

Steven: Lapis, thanks for save us - he says looking at Lapis -

Lapis: - she just make a little smile-

Steven: good bye Lapis good luck - he hugs Lapis -

Lapis: bye Steven - she hugs him stronger -

After this Steven and the others goes away leaving Lapis and Peridot alone in the barn, Peridot goes inside but Lapis stays outside for a while, she just watched the skys sitting on the floor, thinking about the past, meanwhile, Peridot inside of the barn trys to thinks in the situation, while she is acomodating some things she thinks .

Peridot thoughts: what should I do ? I was trying to make Lazuli feel better all day long and I don't have successs, maybe I should try again, or maybe I just must leave her alone, maybe the time will help-

Peridot really wants to help Lapis, she feels guilty up to a certain point, she know that Lapis have her rasons, after all they didn't have the best start, but a lot have changed so late in the night Peridot goes with Lapis.

Lapis was sitting next to the small average lake, Peridot slowly get close to Lapis.

Peridot: ahh, hi Lazuli - she says worried-

Lapis: ... - she stay quiet -

Peridot: hey Lazuli I just wanna say thanks for saved me - she says a little fearful-

Lapis: ... - she stay quiet again -

Peridot: please Lazuli, this isn't healty for both of us - she sits next to Lapis - I know that you hate me, and I know you have your reasons, but only, I want to know if there is a chance to do something...

Lapis: I just want to be alone now - says seriusly -

Peridot: she sighs - ok, you can come inside if you want - she goes -

After that, the Night comes and then the new day, but the things between Lapis and Peridot still the same, Lapis spend the most part of the day alone, sitting in the silo, or walking around with nothing to do, and Peridot passed her time thinking in how help Lapis. but the time keeps going on and on. The minutes bacame in hours and the hours in days. Ultil that Night.

4 days have passed, it's late in the night and the skyes are dark, the winds blows and the storm comes closer, it's raining, Peridot is inside of the barn, but she gets close to the door and she sees that Lapis is sitting in the distance. For a while she does not know what to do but then she goes with Lapis, walking into the rain she gets close to Lapis.

Lapis was sitting hugging her legs, hiding her face, Peridot gets cloose to her -

Peridot: Lazuli, it's enoght, come on go inside I know that the whater is your thing but, it's really cold here . - she says worried for Lapis -

Lapis: thanks I'm fine here -

Peridot: sighs- are you ok ?

Lapis: I'm fine

Peridot: Lazuli, whats going on ? you are not right, como on lets go inside, here is cold and dark, the barn is much better- says trying to make Lapis feels better-

Lapis: why do you want that? do you want something for me again ? - she says a little angry -

Peridot: no I don't... I just I'm worried about you ... I want to help you - she looks to Lapis -

Lapis: really ? do you think I going beleave you ? - says looking at Peridot eyes -

Peridot: no... I know you don't trust in me - she says sad -

Then rain falls harder and the storms increas, both gems stay quiet for a few minutes, there was really cold and dark, but Peridot still sitting next to Lapis -

Lapis: you will stay here ? -

Peridot: yes- she says curled by the cold -

Lapis: ... why ? - ask curiusly -

Peridot: ... because I will stay with you-

Lapis: that is not necesary - says looking to Peridot -

Peridot: no, but I want to stay, just to show you that I don't want leave you alone -

Then a lightning strikes near to the barn, both gems are frightened by the sound.

Lapis: what was that ? - she says scared -

Peridot: a thunderstorm, como on lets go inside - she gets up and extends her hand to Lapis -

Lapis: ... - she looks at Peridot -

Peridot: ohh please come here - she takes Lapis hand -

Lapis: hey wait, what are you doing -

Then Peridot takes Lapis hand and both walks to the barn

Lapis: what do you think are you ...

Peridot: here in the barn is much better, is dry and warm - she says while adjust some tarps that cover the holes of the barn -

Thoughts of Lapis:

Well, Peridot was right, here is much better than outside, maybe after all she really worries about me .

Peridot: ok, so it's better than outside, it isn't perfect and there are meny leaks but it's better that nothing - she looks to Lapis - you can accommodate as you want.

Lapis: Peridot...

Peridot: yeah ? - says nervus -

Lapis: thank you for brought me here and don't left me behind - she says a little shy -

Peridot: she blushes - oww you're welcome Lazuli -

Lapis: my name is Lapis, tell me only Lapis - she blushes too -

Peridot: okay there's not problem Lapis -

Then Peridot walks around the barn, she found some old towels.

Peridot : well, welcome to the barn, as you can see I have a mess here but I'll clean it up ... there's the tv up stairs, and that it's a broken vehicle, there are many things that maybe we can use

Lapis: she walks looking around then she sits reclining in the old pick up -

Peridot: she goes next to Lapis - are you ok ? you need something else ?

Lapis: no I am fine...

Peridot: ok, if you need me call me ...

Lapis: ... hey ... thank you Peridot.

Peridot: she simile -

After this Peridot goes to do her things, while she was watching tv Lapis was thinking again, she are confused, a part of she wants to forget the past but the other part wants to go away. After a while she was sitting on a corner of the barn when Peridot comes again .

Peridot: hi Lapis... - she sits next to Lapis -

Lapis: I thought you were busy - says looking a Peridot -

Peridot: not really, are you okay ? I was wondering that maybe you would like some company -

Lapis: I-I ok

Peridot: - she sits next to Lapis - what do you think about the barn ?

Lapis: it's fine - says without interest -

Peridot: you know I would like to fix this place, maybe now you can help me ?

Lapis: she stay quiet -

Peridot: ... Lapis? - she looks at Lapis -

Lapis: sorry Peridot, I can't do this - says with a little tear -

Peridot: hey take it easy Lapis - says worried -

Thoughts of Lapis:

You must be strong, don't show any weak just be strong like you usually are, if only there was someome who would listen to me .

Peridot: Lapis take it easy please - says worried -

Lapis: is just that, I have so many things, so meany feels, that makes me crazy... more than 5000 years alone ...

Peridot: Lapis, I can't imagine how that feels, but now you're not alone .

Lapis: mmm well you are right... -

Peridot: Lapis I know maybe is to soon we barely know each other but if you want to talk with me I'll help you I will listend to you . - she says looking at Lapis -

When Lapis heard this, she thinks that mayne Peridot is right, maybe she needs just talk about her feels, but after a long time alone, she will need lear to talk with some else, and this someone will be Peridot, somethinng that she never thoughts.
