Notes: Not mine. DC owns them. If they belonged to me there would be a lot more schmoop.
Rating: PG-13.
Femslash, sort of.
Not Delusional by Draco
Harley is not delusional. Sure, there is a certificate that says otherwise, but Harley also has one that has SANE stamped right across it. You just gotta pick the right piece of paper to believe.
It really doesn't bother her that much that people keeps on saying she's delusional because they say that about Mr. J too, and Mr. J's got more sense than the whole rest of the world.
So when Harley wakes up in the morning she tells herself that she's not delusional, three times. She likes to do it out loud because she likes the way her voice cracks the staleness that 5am always seem to bring. The dogs like it too.
When Harley stays over to play with Ivy, Harley has to do it inside her head because Ivy doesn't like 5am as much as her puddings. But Harley doesn't mind that either because she feels like she's the normalest girl in the world when she's with Ivy. And that's not just because Ivy is green and poisonous and scares people even more than Harley does.
It's because Ivy plays real games with Harley, not the made up ones that Mr. J comes up with. Harley likes the made up ones, but she never wins in those games. Ivy lets Harley win sometimes. Harley's not delusional. She knows Ivy lets her win, but she also knows that Ivy doesn't play fair.
Once Ivy made all these plants cover Harley and tie her down before she even kisses Harley. And even though the plants that were holding Harley down were kinda itchy and the blossoms made her sneeze, it was still a lot more fun than when Mr. J pushed her out of a window and she broke both of her legs because she caught Batman.
Harley is not delusional and she knows that Mr. J loves her more than he loves anybody else in the whole world, but Harley also knows that Ivy loves her more.
