Chapter 1: A New Semester Starts! Battle In The Cafeteria!

Everything in this fic is not canon and is only meant to give the audience a new idea of the works of each of the franchises in this story.

A ship flies through the skies over Vale as the civilians were doing their usual routines or activities. The owner of the Dust shop "From Dust Till Dawn" is hanging a sign declaring its re-opening after the robbery/attack that happened back then. As he climbs down from his ladder, he stumbles and falls.
A feminine giggle was heard. "'Scuse me, sorry. I'm not really from around here." The old man looks as he was looking at was a thin female with medium-brown skin and dark-red eyes. Her hair is a light, mint-green cut with a straight fringe and bangs, as well as two long locks on each side, in the back. She wears two bronze-colored rings on her middle fingers as well as a pair of high-heeled shoes.
Her attire consisted of an intricate, exotic-looking white top and olive undershirt, on the back of which is her personal emblem. This emblem is in the shape of a cut gem. This was intended to be accompanied by white shorts, decorated with what appears to be a gold coin-plated belt, with four gold chains draping around her back from two of the coins and what seems to be a green loincloth. She also wore a gold, three-ring armband on her left arm and a string of gold beads near the same wrist. She was also wearing white pants and brown chaps that end at her calves and an overlong belt, twice-wrapped.
She helps him to his feet and asks while presenting a price of paper, "Would you mind pointing me in the direction of this shop?"
The shopkeeper looked at it before nodding. "Hmm? Mm-hmm," he pointed at the direction she needed to go to.
The young woman walks away from the shop owner as both wave goodbye and passes by the large alley a voice spoke up, "I knew you were lost, Emerald." The voice came from a grey haired boy leaning against a wall. He is a well-built man with pale skin, silvery gray eyes and hair that is partially slicked back while unkempt at the front. He also wears a gray and black two-tone partial-zip jacket, that covers his upper body. He wears a single notched belt with what appears to be a sash or bandana draped over it. It is unclear whether his rerebraces are attached to his jacket.
The girl, now named Emerald, walked up to the boy with a wallet in hand, "Mercury, I will literally pay you to shut up."
The boy, now named, Mercury looked at the wallet, "That's not your money."
"But it could be yours for five minutes of silence."
"Hmm, no deal," Mercury answered as Emerald looked at him angrily before walking away, "Whatever, you want me."
The two of them walked through the streets toward their destination, bickering back and forth between each other. As they reached the store with the words Tukson's book trade written on it.
The two entered the store. The shop owner can be heard humming a tune. Mercury stops near the door to look at books while the young woman approaches the counter and rings a service bell.
With Mercury, he took notice of a young man in what looks to be a black royal uniform, it had several buttons on it and a long trench coat around his waist. His uniform seemed unique. He had a short, wavy black hair that had blonde tips. He was reading a book that. Not paying any attention to his surroundings.
"Be right there!" Tukson's voice responded.
Emerald looks back at Mercury. The shop owner is seen through a set of double doors carrying stacks of books as he walks backwards and out toward the counter. "Welcome to 'Tukson's Book Trade', home to every book under the sun!" He sets the stacks down. "How may I…" Turning around, he gasps and hesitates upon the two of them as if he recognizes them. "How may I help you?"
Although the book is open, Mercury is looking at Tukson. "Just browsing." He shuts the book.
"Actually, I was wondering, do you have any copies of "The Thief and The Butcher"" she asked.
"Yes we do."
"That's great." She responded excitedly.
"Would you... like a copy?"
"No, just wondering," she replied as Mercury closes another book. "Oh, oh! What about 'Violet's Garden'? In paperback?"
"He's got it. Hardback too." Mercury produces a book
"Ooh, options are nice." Emerald smiled.
"Eh, no pictures." Mercury closes the book. "Hey! Do you have any comics?
"Near the front."
"Oh, no, wait! What... about... "Third Crusade" Emerald asked once again.
This made Tukson hesitate, visibly unnerved. "Um... I…" Mercury and Emerald were eyeing him carefully. "...don't believe we carry that one.
Mercury slams another book shut. "Oh."
"What was this place called again?" She asked.
"Tukson's Book Trade." responded Tukson.
"And you're Tukson?"
"That's right."
"So then I take it that you're the one that came up with the catchphrase?" She wondered.
"Yes." He nodded.
"And, what was it again?" Mercury asked once again.
"Tukson's Book Trade, home to every book under the sun."
"Except the Third Crusade." He added
"It's just a catchphrase."
"It's false advertising!"
"You shouldn't make a promise you can't keep, Tukson." Emerald said as Mercury activates a switch near the entrance causing a front window to darken. "I hear that you're planning on leaving. Moving all the way to Vacuo."
Mercury activates another switch and the window in the front door darkens. "Your brothers in the White Fang won't be happy to hear that." She continued as Mercury activates the third and final switch, darkening the last window as he smiles creepily at Tukson. "And neither are we... You know who we are, don't you?
Tukson answered, "Yes."
She asked another question, "And you know why we're here."
"Yes."
"So, are you going to fight back."
"YES!" Unsheathing his claws, Tukson jumped on the desk and lunged at Emerald who simply ducked, allowing Mercury to kick Tukson straight into the wall.
Before Mercury could finish off the traitor, a book closed loudly, making the two look back to see the same young man standing there as he placed the book back where it belongs. "I believe that is far enough for you two." The young man said to the two.
The two looked him with raised eyebrows. "Mercury." Emerald said to the man next to her.
The silver-haired man charged towards the young man but the latter easily blocked the attack without breaking a sweat. "Pity, people like you don't even go on par against me even my former mentor would have done the same thing to you both.." He kicked Mercury to the wall, books falling to his head.
Emerald frowned as she drew out her weapons, the blades folding out as she charges at him as well, twirling at him like a top.
The young man grinned before producing a neon green energy spear and sliced the weapon that tried to cut him. "As I said…" He presented a device as it had an opening inside it, a top resembling almost that from a vinyl. He placed it on his wrist, a brace attaching to his arm and presented a black orb with a neon green Iris. "Let's test my creation, shall we?"
A few moments later, Mercury and Emerald flew out the door, literally breaking the door with it as they rolled across the ground. They looked bartered from whatever that young man done to the two as they slowly got up.
"We'll remember this…." He growled as the two fighters walk off, and away from him. Not wanting to start another fight.
In the bookstore, the young man grinned as he put away his devices. The test was successful but he knew the armor was timed but it was powerful. Tukson groaned as he slowly stood up, looking at the young man who saved him. "T-Thank you…"
Alan huffed before approaching him. "They were bothersome to me is all." He then presented a photo of a familiar young man Tukson recognized. "Can you tell me where my former mentor is?"
"Oh… He's probably back in Beacon now. Their semester break is over after all." He responded.
The young man grinned before putting the photo away and made his way to the exit. "What's your connection with him since you said former mentor?"
"He and I grew up as days go by." He walked over the broken door, leaving the area. "And I'm coming for you Ghost for taking my friend away."
(Insert opening song - Time to Say Goodbye - RWBY Vol.2 Opening)
[There's a point where it tips, There's a point where it breaks]
As the song starts, the camera slowly flies through the clouds before reaching a brightful Beacon Academy.
[There's a point where it bends, And a point we just can't take..Anymore...]
As is gets closer, we see Cody and Axel standing in front of the statue, looking at it before lowering their heads to see their Eyecons; Ore and Specter.
[There's a line that we'll cross, and there's no return There's a time and a place, no bridges left to burn, Anymore!]
Cody and Axel then turned their heads as they see the smiling faces of their teams, RWBY and JNPR along with Luna as they turn their attentions back towards the statue as it fades to white.
[We can't just wait with lives as stake, Until they think we're ready]
The camera fades back in as Cody and Axel along with their teams are flying through the air, dive bombing towards a location. As they do, The Ore, Specter and Boost Damashii flies out as it circles them both.
[Our enemies are gathering, the storm is growing deadly!]
Down below, stood several Grimm, along with an army of Ganma, lead by Alan who holds up the Necrom Eyecon with a devious smirk, before the shadows of Cinder and her team appear behind them.
[Now it's time to say goodbye… To the things we loved, and the innocence of youth]
Cody and Axel donned on their Rider forms as they clash against Necrom in this fight. Along with them was RWBY facing off against Cinder, Mercury, Emerald, and Neo as they battle in the small space.
[How the time seemed to fly, from our carefree lives, and the solitude and peace we always knew]
As the fight continues, Cody changes into his Boost Damashii, knocking back Necrom as the symbols of the 15 Eyecon hover over the area before turning white as Cody and the others are now relaxing on a hillside, staring at the sky as the title card shows up.
Morning was in the sky, the sun shining down at the marvelous Beacon Academy as it is a day before the new semester begins. In one dorm, were five people sleeping. Four of them were girls, sleeping in bunk bed while one bed stood out from the four with a small sleeping Grimm by the sleeping person. This one was a young man around 17 years of age. He had messy dirty blonde hair, with bright blue eyes and a foreign yet noticeable face from other people.
This was the first 5 person team, RWBY, lead by Ruby Rose. The teammates along with her was Yang Xaio Long, her older sister; Weiss Schnee, the Heiress to the Schnee Family; Blake Belladonna, a ninja cat Faunus and finally, Cody Aldrich, The Ghost of Vale and self proclaimed, Kamen Rider Ghost.
It's only been a day since they came back from the island that Cody came from, but it was a big deal. You see, Cody here is well… dead. Well.. more like almost dead. He died to an old evil known as the Ancient Grimm. 13 powerful Grimm that were slowly being awaken due to an unknown force. Cody died and came back as the warrior, Ghost. He had 99 days a few months ago, in order to collect 15, Eyecons that could give him his life back
Though, while he did get them, he used that wish to save an old friend and now his new adopted sister, Luna Saber. But due to that selfless wish, he wasn't revived and lost his body due to the time. But thanks to his master, the man who trained him, to be a Hunter, gave his soul to his student, not only giving him life again, but for 199, now at 198 days left in order to find the rest of the Eyecons and get his wish. But in return he got a new power and is now back at Beacon with the others.
However their slumber was about to be interrupted as a certain clock flew out of a bag and onto the bookshelf. The long hand reaching the 12 in 3… 2… 1…
*BBBBBBRRRRRRIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG!*
A large noise emitted from it, sounding off a rather loud alarm from such a tiny thing, again! This made everyone's eyes shot open and scream in pain as they hold their ears until Cody rushed up and stopped the clock, shutting the sound off and letting them relax.
"That bat really gets annoying!" Weiss scowled.
"Hey, he just wants to help out, don't get mad at Bat Clock." Ruby frowned.
"Still, it doesn't have to do that! We have our Scrolls to do the work of waking us up."
Ruby grabbed the Bat Clock and hugged it, the clock forming into its bat mode as it rang happily from the hug. "But then, what else can he do? Its all he knows…."
They all gave her deadpan expression. "It can just fly around and not wake us up."
"Just layoff Weiss." Yang chuckled. "Besides we should just get our uniforms and get breakfast."
"Food sounds great…. I don't know why, but my appetite grew after yesterday." Cody pointed out, rubbing his stomach.
"That's because it's you, Cody." They sweatdropped, including Bat Clock with a chime of agreement.
"Anyways, we best get around…" Weiss said as she stood up and went into the bathroom first.
Cody stretched as he took out his new Eyecon, its was completely black, sides from a red ring and red flames on the top of it. He smiled softly down at it as he pockets it away. "A new day." He smiled as he got out of bed.
After a bit, as everyone took their turns, Cody enters the bathroom as the girls were starting to make their way out of their dorm, sides from Yang, who looked like she was waiting and smirking from it.
In a dorm across from Team RWBY's was two sleeping individuals. Inside was decorated with a large white banner that symbol that had a sword over two wings and a moon behind it. Two beds, one on both sides of the wall with each one having a desk for the two.
In the bed on the right was a young girl, around 16 years of age, a year older than Ruby. She had waist-length black hair as a golden streak was on the left side of her hair. Clipped to her hair was a crescent-shaped hair clip as if the golden streak acted as the light, her hair as the night, and the hair clip as the moon. She was wearing a white pajama set as she hugged the old stuff toy in her arms. Despite her age, her beauty rival Yang's yet her personality made her cute to make any guy clench their heart.
She yawns cutely as her eyes slowly open up which revealed sky blue eyes. She turned her head to the other bed and saw a young man sleeping quietly while wearing a black shirt and dark blue pajama pants. The young man who looks to be a year older than Cody, around 18 years of age has black hair that is somewhat messy yet sleek look to it. His face almost resembled Kirito from SAO 2 but from New ALO.
"Brother its morning!" She cheered, hopping out of bed. She heard no response, only the quiet sound of sleeping from her brother. She giggled as she walked over and gently moved his shoulder, trying to wake him up.
She saw him move slightly before turning to look at his sister, eyes still closed. She puffed her cheeks before raising her old stuff toy and brought it down at him, only for his hand to stop it.
"Never do that as I sleep…" His voice mumbled before sitting up.
"Not my fault, you wouldn't wake up.." she smiles before hugging him gently.
He smiled tiredly as he returns the hug. His eyes revealing to be a dark blue color. His expression was calm, no longer his once stoic, serious manner. This was Axel Saber and Luna Saber, the last children of the once legendary Sabers whose Semblance was that of pure Light, passed down to each child of the Saber family. It was something that the Grimm feared but it was also a high value target to those in the shadows.
To the two, their real parents and those with the blood of a Saber were murdered by an unknown assailant, leaving the two as orphans at a very young age and last surviving members of the Saber family. However they were eventually sent to the Isle of The Dragon's Breath for safety and away from the Kingdoms.
And by going there, a new bond was formed by them and Cody's family. They took them in and treated them like their own…. But it wasn't long before another tragedy struck them…. They were somehow sent into a new world… one that was beyond anyone's belief. It was only known as The World of The Ganma… And there they stayed for 10 long years.
Luna became an Eyecon to keep her 'safe' from the illness that would have killed her until Cody made the wish to bring her back.
Axel though… He suffered 10 years of pain, torture, and loneliness from the Ganma. They trained him, leaving him with scars all over his torso and back, even on parts of his arms. The treatments would have broken him, would have made him empty, no meaning to anything at all but Luna was what kept him going. Yet they made him a commander of the Ganma, killing traitors.
Eventually, he found a way for him and Luna to escape the Ganma world in which he did, waking up in the shores of Vale equipped with the Ghost Driver and Specter Eyecon. That was then his reputation gave him a title that those of the White Fang and criminals fear.
The Blue Devil of Remnant.
He used to kill to find answers to the 15 Eyecons at first. He was a menace to those of evil, a devil walking on the realm. They feared him for what he has done for a year and a half but at the same time gained enemies. The leader of the White Fang wanted him dead for halting every known operation that they tried to commit.
But now… He was no longer a killer to find answers or a commander of the Ganma. Just a student, trying to be a Huntsman while protecting his family. And oddly enough, even gaining a girlfriend along the way. It just was…. Bliss to him. He finally felt peace that he needed after so much pain he endured.
He still fights in the night but not to kill but to stop the crimes that occur in Vale along with other locations.
He and his little sister were also now adopted by Cody's parents. And he hasn't been more happy since going to the island.
He got up and stretched his arms before making his way to bathroom to get himself ready. The siblings took turns with the bathroom until they were now wearing the academy uniform and the necklaces that show the family crest, as tradition for the Sabers. "Ready Luna?" He asked, showing a smile.
Luna nodded before she and her big brother went to the door, only to be met by Weiss standing there with a smile. "Morning Luna" She greeted.
"Morning, Weiss." Luna smiled at the heiress.
Luna smiled as she looked at them and went towards the door. "I'll leave you two be." She smiles as she heads outside, leaving them alone.
Weiss walks up to Axel and smiles. "And good morning to you too…".
He smiled. "To you as well, Weiss." He responded. She walks up as she pecks his cheek. "Shall we head to the cafeteria?" She asked him.
"Sure thing," Axel nodded.
The two have been in a relationship for awhile now, well it was confusing at first for the azure Rider. Weiss first developed a crush on him when he saved her. At first she thought it was from being saved but eventually realized she fell in love with him. After a while, it progressed to the point where he also enjoys her company and is glad that she did this.
And how far did their relationship progress? Well let's say it was a night he 'learned something' with Weiss, and it grew even closer than before.
Overall, he was enjoying his time with everyone.
RWBY, JNPR, Luna and Axel were in awe as they see Cody devouring plate after plate of food. Almost inhaling it in as he doesn't look like he's filled yet….
"Cody, I think you should slow down on the eating. You are basically stuffing yourself like a pig." Axel said.
Cody does an audible gulp before looking at them, "Sorry… I've just been hungry all day…." He apologized. "I don't know if it's due to you know... " He looks around and whispers. "My revival, or cause master gave me his power?"
"Still you should eat less. You almost cleared half of the food." Yang said. "And I thought Ruby was the one like that with cookies."
The said girl was eating her third bag of Isle Volcano cookies, enjoying the flavor and taste.
"I'm still surprised she won that…" Axel pointed out, everyone nodding.
A bit later, class has started in Peter Port's class, as she started to go on one of his 'stories' again. Cody was listening to his music again while Axel was looking out the window. They paid no attention since Professor Port was telling his story again.
After what seemed like minutes, Port spoke up. "Now which one of you would like to present something about their Semblance?"
Axel was quiet before he sighed, raising his hand. "I would like to show what my Semblance does."
This made Weiss, Cody, Luna and the others look at Axel, like he was insane! Like he was about to reveal the holy grail's location or something? "Are you sure thats wise Axel?" Weiss asked him.
"It's okay. Cobra sees no one here as someone who would target me anyway." He assured. "I still keep my guard due to Alan."
They were all a bit worried, but nodded and understood. "Excellent, Mister Saber. Come to the front desk and show it." Peter asked.
Axel got up before walking towards the center of the class. "If you may, can you let out that Beowolf from its cage?"
Peter flinched, surprised he knew about that, but nodded as he went over and presses a few things on his scroll. The floor opened up as a cage with a Beowolf was inside it. The cage door then opened up as the Beowolf howled before rushing at Axel, claws ready.
Axel closed his eyes as it rushed towards him. The Grimm pounced on which Axel quickly opened his eyes and delivered a slash onto the Grimm, now on the other side of the classroom.
In his hand was the glowing sword and the chain attached to it, wrapped around his forearm. The Grimm though, it's wound glowed as the Beowolf truly felt pain before disintegrating into motes of light. Everyone except RWBY, JNPR, Cody and Luna were in awe as they all applauded him at the spectacle from his Semblance.
"Such marvelous technique, Mister Saber."
Axel made the sword vanish. "My Semblance is Light, allowing me to conjure pure light to create my weapon. It's part of the bloodline of the Saber Family." Axel said, making the students eyes widen as if it was very familiar to them but shocking.
Peter was clapping in delight. "Well done Axel! A fine Semblance indeed…" He then turns to the class. "Some of you may not know this, but The Saber Family were one of the only families in Remnant to have a even more potent power than what we use today. In fact, King Arthur, one of the great heroes of the past, was indeed a Saber family member." Explained, the class gasping in awe.
Even Cody and the two teams were surprised by this. They were basically descendants of royalty! They all heard the bell in which showed class was over. "It seems that is all for today! Remember everyone stay sharp!" He then left the classroom while Cody and the others walked up to Axel.
"I had no idea that your family were this popular, Axel." Cody got out.
"I thought it wouldn't be important," he shrugged.
"Not important?!" Cody yelled. "You're basically a descendant from THE King Arthur!"
Axel rubbed the back of his head before heaving a sigh. "It's not like Luna and I will get known in the academy, right?" He stated.
In the cafeteria, everyone was there having their breaks and food time. For Rwby and the others it was no different, except now, many students are asking Axel and Luna more about their family, Semblance and more! As if it was spread like wildfire, a majority of everyone in the school now knows about!
Yang turned her head to see Blake, still not talking.. She was quiet throughout the day, not talking, barely eating, and now is drawing something, or someone in her notebook.
"Whatcha doin?" Yang asked looking at Blake's book, Blake however closed the notebook and finally answered.
"Nothing, just going over notes for last semester."
Cody took notice of a grape landing in Yang's mouth, who was smiling as she swallowed. "Lame." Yang replied to Blake before giving Nora a thumbs up. Nora did a good throw for Yang to catch the grape.
"How is it lame?" The young Rider questioned.
"Studying can be boring you know?" Yang explained before she caught another grape.
Nora giggles as she continues to toss grapes at Yang with her spoon. Yang catches the fruit with ease, giving Nora the thumbs up once again. Ruby, giving an enormous heave, slams a binder onto the table, catching us off guard. On the cover of the binder is written 'Vytal Festival Activities, Property of Weiss Schnee'. This has been hastily crossed out with a red marker pen, and with the same pen, a new title, "Best Day Ever Activities", has been written underneath.
Ruby cleared her throat before gesturing to us and said, "Ahem. Sisters, friends… Weiss."
"Hey!" Weiss exclaimed, feeling offended.
"For score and seven minutes ago I had a dream." Ruby proclaimed happily making me chuckle. Ruby was always up beat, it was sort of contagious at times.
"This ought to be good." Yang whispered before she catches another berry in her mouth.
"A dream that one day the seven of us would come together as a team and have the most fun anyone's ever had, ever!" Ruby stated clearly only for Weiss to ask, "Did you steal my binder?"
"I am not a crook." Ruby answered quickly, making peace signs with both hands. Cody chuckled knowing that it is Weiss' binder since the cover clearly shows that it is her binder.
"What are you talking about?" Blake asked.
"I'm talking about kicking off the semester with a bang!" She answered, pointing at her.
"I always kick my semesters off with a Yang." Yang said at an attempt to joke but only for us to shake their heads from her pun. An apple hit Yang's face along with a loud boo from Nora.
"Look guys it's been a good week and between more exchange students arriving and the tournament, our second semester is going to be great. But, classes start back up tomorrow. Which is why I've taken the time to schedule a series of wonderful events for us today." Ruby said motioning toward the over sized book.
Cody looked at the book in disbelief. 'How many events does she have in plan?' He thought, seeing how large the binder was.
"That is a little overboard if you are thinking of doing all that, don't you think?" Cody questioned before taking a drink of his water.
"I don't know whether to be proud or scared of what you have in store." Weiss agreed as Yang got up and threw an apple back at Nora only to hit Ren. Blake sighed and turned toward Weiss.
"I don't know, I think I might sit this one out." Blake said.
"Sit out or not, I think however we spend this last day we should do it as a team." Weiss said before standing up. "I for one think that-" Weiss was abruptly cut off by the pie smacking her face.
Wondering who threw the pie, Cody looked at Nora who was pointing at Ren, blaming him when it was actually her who threw the pie.
Axel and Luna saw where this was going in which the two made their way to the door and Axel looked at the others to earn them the two words that was about to occur. "FOOD FIGHT!"
Meanwhile outside of the cafeteria, Sun Wukong was walking with a young man his age. He is a teenage boy with tan skin, dark blue eyes and messy light blue hair that is shaved on the sides and in the back, aka, an undercut. He wears a white dress shirt and black tie under a red jacket with a wide, upturned, black collar and a pair of gray jeans with black padding strapped to the sides. The back of his jacket displays a silver reticle. It was Sun's friend Neptune.
"Man that's harsh," he said.
"I know, we were fighting side by side. She was super fast and I threw a banana at the guy, which sounds gross, but it was awesome." Sun agreed.
"Nice,"
"Right? And the best part is, she's a Faunus. But that's a secret, okay?" He added.
"Got it."
Sun leans in close in order to stress the importance of this secret. "And not a, "I'm gonna go tell Scarlet the second Sun turns his back secret", I'm talking secret secret."
"Whoa, chill out, man, okay? I got it." He assured.
"You better." He then said, "I just don't want to screw this up, you know? The people here are the coolest! No offense to you guys."
"None taken." Neptune waved off.
The two were unaware as they pass by the cafeteria windows which were splattered with food. At one point Jaune is the one who splattered into the window and they never noticed it as they walk by.
"Also remember the news mention of those weird monsters that are almost like ghosts?"
"Oh, you mean the Ganma?" Sun replied.
"Wait you know about those things?" Neptune asked, surprised.
"Faced two, and one of them almost killed me…" Sun sighed, rubbing his shoulder from the old memories of that fight. "But hey those guys helped me out against him. Including the one and only Blue Devil of Remnant."
"You mean you actually met him? I'm surprised he didn't kill you…" Neptune said, surprised.
"He's not so bad. He just goes after the White Fang and criminals. He was one of the Ganma commanders… Basically the rogue kind of guy with friends."
"And what about this other guy? The one you told me about, where you gave him your prized possessions?" Neptune asked him.
"He's a good guy to hang out with." Sun smiled.
"If you say so…."
The two soon got close to the entrance of the cafeteria. "They're just in here. I'm really excited for you to meet them. So be cool, okay? You're gonna be cool, right?" Sun asked.
"Dude." Neptune crossed his arms while proving his point.
"Good point."
Sun and Neptune enter the cafeteria where students are heard screaming. Many students are shown stampeding out the door past Sun and Neptune, the latter of whom is looking quite worried as they saw that a food fight was occurring.
Axel and Luna saw Sun and another teen with him as the siblings stood by the door. "Hey Sun." Axel greeted.
"Hey Axel!" He then turns to his friend. "Axel, meet my other friend, Neptune." He then gestured to Axel. "Neptune, Axel, aka the Blue Devil"
"Nice to meet you," Axel nodded, reaching his hand out for a handshake. Neptune blinked upon seeing Axel. He then looked at Sun, "is this really him?"
Sun smiled and nods. "Correct." He then gestures to Luna. "And this is Luna."
"It's nice to meet you," Luna smiled.
Neptune smirks as he moves his hair back and smiles at her, a odd sine glowing from his teeth. "Well, Hello to you too." He flirts.
"And she's Axel's sister by the way." Sun added. Neptune flinches as he backs up a bit. "Anyways, what's going on here?" Sun asked Axel.
"Tell that to the pile of tables." He jabbed his thumb behind him.
Standing tall on top of a stack of tables was Nora who was laughing crazily. I still wonder how they managed to do that but hey this a food fight. Things like this can turn out crazy.
"Ahahahahahaha! I'm queen of the castle! I'm queen of the castle!" Nora cheered.
In front of the "castle", Ruby was holding a carton of milk tightly in her fist. She raised her arm, pointing a finger at Team JNPR.
"Justice will be swift! Justice will be painful!" She yelled. Clenching her fists, crushing the milk carton in the process, sending milk squirting everywhere. "It will be delicious!"
"Yeah!" The rest of Team RWBY and Cody agreed with their fists raised.
Axel facepalmed upon hearing that.
"Off with their heads!" Nora declared.
Team JNPR leapt down from their shoddy construction, with Ren stomping on a table and catapulting three watermelons into the air, before sending them rocketing to their attackers with a flurry of kicks. Jaune leapt forwards and gripped a melon, using the momentum of a front flip to heave it skyward. Pyrrha grabbed two more, before letting them fly. Nora, meanwhile, gripped a table, and flung the remaining fruits at them.
"Yang! Turkey!" Ruby ordered. Yang nodded as the blonde brawler rolls over to the turkeys and sticks her fists inside them, and demolished the incoming watermelons as she then sped towards her.
Pyrrha and Blake clashed with the loaves of bread. The two continue their clash before Blake was thrown back from her baguette lock with Pyrrha, the latter threw it at Yang who was running full speed toward her as she punched one loaf but a second hit her sending her flying back.
Ruby jumped onto a food tray and rode across the table till she jumped and threw a loaf at Pyrrha only for Pyrrha to jump back and avoid it before impact. Cody then fought against Jaune as he used a tray as a makeshift shield. As the clash continues with Jaune, he sidestepped his hit and used the loaf as a bat and swung it to his back, full force as he sent Jaune flying to a stash of food.
Cody saw Pyrrha running towards him before he blocked her attack once more and they continued to block each other's attacks but jumped over, landing behind her and took the advantage to grab the back collar of her outfit "Sorry about this." He said with a smirk before Cody jumped over Pyrrha and threw her over his head allowing Ruby to slam the tray into Pyrrha's back and send her into a pile of tasty debris. Ruby and Cody did a high five before they saw Weiss joining the fray.
Weiss, the last person they expected to be involved in this food war, gripped a bottle of ketchup, squirting it on the ground, and causing a charging Ren to slip.
However Nora jumped onto a table while in mid air and jumped again, grabbing a pole and impaling a watermelon creating a makeshift hammer as she slammed the melon hammer to the ground sending Ruby and Cody flying. Weiss grabbed a sword fish and lunged forward sending Nora flying, however she landed on her feet and dove forward spinning the melon hammer til she got a direct hit sending Weiss into a pillar cracking it wide open. Ruby dove and caught Weiss, in a dramatic pose as the pillar fell behind them.
"Weiss, Weiss, no please don't leave me, noooooooooo!" Ruby cried in fake dramatic style. Cody took notice of it before looking at Nora. "This means full on food warfare!" He declared as he got hold of another baguette and made a twin sword pose as he flicks his hood up. Nora smirks as she sends several watermelons at Cody, but he started to slice through them easily.
"Kaigan! Musashi!" Cody shouted as he charged in, wailing his loafs at Nora as he pushed her back. "Ketto! Zubatto! Cho-Kengo!" He shouted before kicking her away.
Axel sweatdropped upon his adoptive brother's announcement before he sighed. "That's Cody for ya…" He muttered.
Yang charged once more with her turkey gauntlets as Ren got a two leeks to block her kick. The two glare at each other before they began to brawl as the blonde brawler delivered multiple punches to his chest and the next punch made him spin a bit before she delivered an uppercut, sending him in the air. Using the advantage, he threw the leeks at her but she jumped back, avoiding it before she jumped in the air and sent Ren to the ground, crashing onto a cluster of tables.
Nora slammed the watermelon hammer at Yang but the the blonde brawler dodged it by jumping a couple of steps back. The two charged towards each other before Nora swung her makeshift hammer and literally sent Yang flying, right out of the ceiling!
Blake then engaged Nora, armed with a link of sausages as a whip. Cody watched as Nora flew back to one of the vending machines, denting it severely, and spilling it's contents on the floor. Unfazed, the valkyrie simply kicked a soda can into the air, and followed up with a violent kick to the projectile, sending it rocketing towards Blake. She continued to do this, generating an unrelenting assault of soda that could rival the grenades on Magnhild. Pyrrha, obviously deciding to lend her assistance, raised her hands, using her polarity Semblance to lift the remaining soda cans, creating two tendrils of explosive, sweet, sticky goodness, and direct them at Blake. The result was akin to a violent gale: no matter how much Blake resisted the onslaught, she was quickly swept away in the maelstrom.
Cody charged towards Nora as she blocked the attack before he saw a butter knife fly right past him. He slowly looked at Pyrrha who had a grin on her face with more butter knifes floating behind her, all aimed at me. "Oh crap…" He uttered.
On time, she made the knives fly towards Cody, causing him to run away but he was soon pinned to the wall as the knives pinned his sleeves and the edges of his pants as he was in an 'X' formation and his face hitting the wall. "Ow…." He groaned. He slightly turned my head a bit as he watched the rest of the food battle unfold.
Ruby, in the meantime, was now the only remaining combatant on our side. But this never fazed her, as she charged at Team JNPR, her Semblance kicking beyond overdrive. She became a single red arrow, wrapped in her own power, as she sped past JNPR. As she did so, they were plucked from the ground by a slipstream, and sent careening along with every scrap of untouched food.
Right before Ruby hit the wall, she stopped suddenly. But unlike her, the wind she had generated refused to do so, and slammed into the wall like a massive battering ram, causing the wall to crack violently, spiderwebbing to make a circular crater. A millisecond later, Jaune, Pyrrha, Nora and Ren impacted into the wall, now pinned by the rush of air that had taken them there. The final nail in the coffin, however, was the wave of food speeding towards the trapped team.
What resulted could only be described as somebody mixing together every single colour into one massive multi-colored splotch on the cracked wall. The bodies of JNPR slid down to the ground, revealing four vaguely human-shaped areas that remained untouched by the wave of food, making us the victors.
"Um… can someone get me off the wall?" Cody muffled.
Axel walked to Cody before he quickly pulled out the knives and placed them on the table, moved back as Cody fell to the ground. "Thanks bro." He smiled as he walked back towards his team.
They then took notice of door behind Sun and another teen burst open, and Professor Goodwitch marched in angrily. With a wave of her riding crop, she quickly restored the room to some semblance of order, dismantling the hodgepodge construction of Nora's "castle" to the standard rows of table. The food mess, however, remained untouched.
"Children! Please, do not play with your food" she ordered just for Nora to burp.
"Cody, I suggest you put your arms out." Axel advised.
He blinked before he did as instructed. Out from the hole came Yang landed in his arms. "Nice catch," Yang winked at Cody, causing him to blush a little. Setting her down as he looked away slightly, "I-It was nothing." He said, shyly for once.
"Let it go." Ozpin said as he approached and put a hand on Goodwitch's shoulder from behind.
"They're supposed to be the defenders of the world." Goodwitch said in response.
"Life is fragile you know, Professor," Axel said to her, standing by the wall as the three looked at the others who were laughing with one another. "Everyone deserves a chance to enjoy their days before things go wrong."
Ozpin smiled upon hearing that and couldn't help but agree. "Axel may I have a word with you?" He asked. The azure Rider nodded as he followed Ozpin and Glynda back to the office, leaving the others in the cafeteria.
Sun smiled brightly as he turned his friend. "I love these guys." He said. Neptune on the other hand was covered in food and drink bits as he turns to his friend, glaring.
"Did you learn anything…?" Ozpin asked.
"Nothing yet… no one seemed that interested about my Semblance. Cobra detected no intent from anyone." He answered, leaning against the wall. "And from anything last night, none other than the crystal I, well Houdini, delivered to you."
"In which 11 remains," Glynda said.
"Right you are Glynda…" Ozpin nodded before sipping his coffee. "And Axel… tell me about the person you told of what is happening?" He presented a video of Axel entering Hikari Studio on days he gets info from Ozpin.
Axel flinched. "The Hikari Studio is where I get taught to get more stronger along with fighting prowess…" He said.
"I take it there's more to what you're saying?"
Axel flinched again. "It's… a base for Decade, the Kamen Rider of the dimensions along with Kuuga, the first Heisei era Rider ever known. Decade is considered both a destroyer and savior of worlds. Kuuga has power to destroy the world twice over with just a kick."
Glynda and Ozpin had a surprised look on their faces, to know there is someone out there that has that much power.
"Kuuga is my newest teacher and I'm learning from him." Axel added. "Decade learns about the worlds he goes to very quickly. You can say he knows what goes on in the shadows." He looks at the two. "Now you know who I have been visiting often."
Ozpin nods. "Indeed… carry on." He says as he and Glynda walks away.
"Ozpin surely we should apprehend the two he mentioned." Glynda suggested. "Capable of destroying a world? Those two are dangerous!"
"And here I thought you think Mister Saber was dangerous."
Glynda turned away, slightly embarrassed by that comment. "Glynda. I can understand you wanting to protect Beacon. But if this is true, then they aren't here for trouble. At best, they're waiting." Ozpin stated.
"They know do they?" She asked. Ozpin nodded. "If they have knowledge then they might be allies to the cause. At best we should talk to the ones he mentioned, this Decade and Kuuga."
"I believe that is not the wisest choice Glynda…" Ozpin responded. "For now we wait til they decide their choice." Glynda had no choice but to nod in confirmation.
Meanwhile, at an unknown warehouse. The two fighters, Mercury and Emerald walk inside, groaning softly from their minor wounds as the White Fang were moving crates within an old warehouse. "Oh, look! She sent the kids again! This is turning out just like the divorce!" Roman said as he approaches the two from behind and wraps his arms around them in a group hug.
"Spare us the thought of you procreating." Emerald stated as Torchwick let them both go and approached his desk.
"That was a joke and this..." Torchwick held up a piece of paper. "Just might tell me where you've two have been all day."
"Wait, what?" Emerald checked her pockets to find her paper missing.
"I'm a professional sweetheart, pay attention maybe you'll learn something." Torchwick taunted before looking at the paper. "Why do you have this address?"
"Wouldn't you like to know?" Emerald stated avoiding the question.
"Yeah I would, now where've you been all day?" Torchwick questioned only for Mercury to suddenly cut in.
"Cleaning up your problem. One of them at least."
"I had that under control." Torchwick growled, glaring at Mercury and Emerald threateningly.
"Two packed bags and a ticket out of Vale said otherwise." Mercury taunted.
"Listen you little punk." Torchwick said pointing at Mercury. "If it were up to me I would take you and your little street rat friend here. Besides look at you two, someone beat you to the slammer. I take it you had the taste to what the Blue Devil did like he done to me?"
They looked at each other then to him. "If by 'The Blue Devil' you mean another one, but white, armored with a black and green jacket? Then no…" Mercury frowned, crossing his arms as Roman looks at them, brow raised.
"Don't tell me there's another one like him and 'Ghost boy'?" He growled. He hated the Blue Devil who was on top of the list with Ghost boy behind in 2nd.
"He even said none of us on par with him or his former mentor, the Blue Devil." Emerald frowned, looking at one of her weapons that was cut clean off.
"Then if he should show up again… I'll be the one to take him down.." Replied a very soft, yet calm feminine voice from behind.
"Cinder!" Emerald said excitedly.
"Tell me you two, did he said that his former mentor was the same Blue Devil from before?"
"Yeah he did…" Mercury nodded.
"I see…" She then turned to Roman, "Now.. care to explain why you didn't finish Tuskon off, Roman?" She asked him.
"I was going to but-" Roman was cut off by Emerald.
"He was going to escape to Vacuo, Mercury and I decided to take it upon ourselves to handle it… that was until that guy showed up." Emerald said.
Cinder gave a short glare at the two. "Didn't I specifically instruct you both to keep your hands clean while being here in Vale?" she reminded, scolding them.
"But we were just-"
"Don't think, obey." Cinder said calmly.
"Yes ma'am, it won't happen again." Emerald answered, lowering her gaze.
Cinder then turned her head to Roman who flinched. "And Roman, why wasn't the job done sooner?" she questioned.
Roman simply motioned around him showing the boxes of Dust they managed to gather. "Sorry if I've been a little busy stealing Dust in the Kingdom. It wasn't easy to try to get them. You do realize that the damn Blue Devil prevents it every time it happens. Even these animals of the White Fang have hard times with that guy."
"I see… luckily enough, I came across a few… 'certain' individuals who can help us.." She motioned to, a short man, covered with grey and black clothing, along with some goggles on his head as he stood behind Emerald and Mercury.
"Good evening…" He smirks.
"Who the heck are you, einstein?" Torchwick raised an eyebrow.
"My apologies but I am Igor, brilliant scientist of the supernatural…" He then grinned. "A scientist of the Ganma World and the one your two fighters fought was Prince Alan of the Ganma."
"So… you don't work for him?" Emerald asked.
"I work for his 'true' majesty of the Ganma's… So, I decided to lend you all some.. 'Support' in order to help your plans move even faster…" He smirks, showing three new Ganma, one that looks like a buffed male, wielding a large sword and a lion on him, one that looks like a samurai with a sword on its arm and another one that looks like a jester. "These are Ganma, invisible to the human eye." He introduced them. "And as for your… 'obstacles' I am welcome to tell you about the Blue Devil, after all he was once a commander to us."
"Any information is welcomed Igor…. Just remember who's in charge." Cinder said, her eyes glowing fire as Igor shivers from her power, spite it being only half one of one greater force.
"Alright…" He reached in his coat before showing a photo of a certain Saber. "This is Axel Saber, the young man who mentor Prince Alan. Is there something I should know for your concern about him?"
Cinder looks at it, her fist trembling with anger before she quickly relaxes. "No… Thank you Igor. That will be all for now."
Igor bowed before looking at the three Ganma. "Go do the tasks." they all nodded as they vanished into thin air, leaving them.
Cinder though leans against the wall, her hand gripping her arm tightly. 'To think…. I missed one…." She growled in her thoughts. Even more the Ganma actually kept him, raising him as a commander. She only knew one thing…. Once she finally gets 'that' he will be the first to die….
