I come bearing a story! I'm really Sorry. I know it's been a long time since I updated, but I have an explanation! You see I didn't realize I was going to be busy like literally practically the entire summer. And now that school's been starting up, I have so much homework, so little free time and it's really hectic. They're killing me! I swear! So here's an update. I don't know how often I'll be able to update, but I'll try. Enjoy!

Michael suddenly started to sob, burying his face in Rick's chest.

"Hey!" Rick said in surprise then gently asked, "What's wrong?"

Michael just shook his head at the question.

"Hey I'd rather see you overly confident then like this. What's happening?"

"Everything! Just everything," Michael responded.

"Everything? Anything I can do?" Rick asked worriedly.

"Just stay a while. Please?"

"Course. Wanna talk about it?" Rick inquired.

Michael just shook his head again. "Not yet."

"Whatever it is I'm sure it'll work out." Rick said sympathetically.

"TThanks Rick."

"Welcome. Ready to talk now."

"I I guess." He replied.

"So what's eating you Michael, captain?"

"I don't know Just down, overwhelmed feeling kinda depressed."

"Ah Michael," Rick said giving him a hug. "Let me see a smile." He requested.

Michael attempted but failed at a small smile. "Oh come on." Rick made a funny face and he gave a small smile.

"Thanks Rick." He sniffled.

"Shh."Rick enveloped him in a hug and rocked him back and forth.

He started to cry softly again. Rick whispered soft assurances and words of comfort in his ear.

"Please don't leave yet." Michael pleaded desperately.

"I'm not, I'm not. It'll be ok."Rick quickly assured.

"TThanks Rick." He chocked out. Rick sat Michael in his lap sitting there with him a while. Michael then laid his head on Rick's shoulder and feel asleep exhausted.

He had visible tearstains down his cheeks. Rick stroked his hair comfortingly. He woke up a short time later.

"You ok?" he asked.

"A little better. Thanks Rick." Michael replied.

"Welcome. Michael, if you ever need to talk or be comforted, feel free to come to me."

"I will. I can't say it enough, Thanks, really." Michael said gratefully and he from then on, he went to Rick whenever he had a problem or sometimes just to talk.
