I remember our last summer.
The rough ring of our hearts,
Entwined by the ring that bound us…
Bound us together, forever. Never fraying, never faltering.
I remember all our exchanges,
The petty irritations
Deadly revelations
The flat announcement of disaster
The grunts and poetry of love.
I look into your eyes,
I lose myself in the deep black sea,
I lose myself in the depths of your soul.
Everything that you hid from the world,
Everything that made you.
Everything that I loved about you,
Everything that you only allowed me to see.
We were one,
One mind
One body
One Soul.
You held my heart within your hand,
You held me in your arms
Wrapped in your veil, sleeping.

A colei che ti ha liberato
Lei che è la mia vita nuova"
