"Rose Tyler, I…" Suddenly, the transmission screen started fading away. "NO!" I yelled, echoing through the TARDIS. I had lost her. I slid down to the floor and started crying. "Damn it!" I screamed. My one chance at telling my true love how I felt about her, gone. Ruined. She's probably torn. Sobbing. And it's all my fault. I will never get to tell her how I feel.
After a few minuets, I got up. This is mostly because I got a message from Captain Jack. I opened the message and all that was inside was a series of numbers written in the English numeral system, not the Galifrey system. What could it be? I thought about this for a while. Then it hit me.
"Co-ordinates!" Captain Jack Harness needs saving, and if I'm going to save him, I better get going.
These co-ordinates are in the future. Risky move, because I could cross my own time stream, but I have to save Captain Jack! I quickly punched the numbers into the TARDIS and we were off! I grabbed my sonic screwdriver just as the TARDIS landed. As I grabbed the door handle, I stopped. All I could think about was Rose…
No. Now is not the time. I have to save Captain Jack! I swung open the door and jumped out, screwdriver ready in my right hand. But as I looked around, all I saw was Captain Jack and a girl dressed all in white sitting at a table.
"What?" I asked myself, confused.
"Doctor! Glad you could make it. Your just in time for tea!" Tea? Tea?
"Tea? You brought me all the way here for a cup of tea?"
"Why yes. Why so confused? Didn't you read the message?"
"The messag- of course I read the message! I thought you were in trouble for god's sake! Why didn't you tell me we were meeting for bloody tea?!"
"I did tell you! It was right there on the paper!" I grabbed the paper out of my pocket and opened it up. Below the co-ordinates was a message written in the language of Galifrey. 'Please come meet my friend and I for tea. Come to these co-ordinates. From: Captain Jack Harness.' Well now I just look stupid.
"Oh, yes, um, of course. I just, uh, didn't see that part." The nameless girl giggled. I reached my hand out and she shook it. "I'm the Doctor."
"Abigail. But please, call me Abby. I'm Captain Jack's friend. Glad to meet you." She had a strange tone to her voice, but I shook it off. Right then, my sonic screwdriver started picking up a strange signal. I scanned the room and walls quickly. Oh no. This is not good.
"What is it Doctor?" Captain Jack asked. I slowly turned around and looked at him and Abby.
"We're not alone."
