I think that with all the child-abuse fics for Harry and all the neglect and animosity that Harry had when he was at the Dursleys seems to be very suited for this poem.I'd already written this I just noticed how it suited Harry Potter,so I posted it.R&R!

Don't Let Them

A/N: Hey peoples! I just found this written in my notebook and thought how this poem so suited Harry and the whole Dursley child abuse and neglect, so here it is. Also someday I plan to compile all the poems that I've ever written and I'll try to publish them, that's one of my dreams you know? Well I'm impatient so here's one of my poems that I think suits Harry Potter.

Don't Let Them

Don't weep,

and give them satisfaction

don't cry,

and let them win

don't scream,

and let them have victory

don't fall,

and let them trample you

don't tumble,

and let them beat you down

don't' tremble,

and let them know your fear

don't flinch,

as they make you bleed

don't feel,

as they crush you dreams

don't blink,

as they blind you

and don't tumble when they bind you

Don't let them win,

don't let them kill

the one thing you have left,

don't let them kill your spirit

don't let them beat you down.
