*Ichigo's POV*

It's been two weeks since we saved Rukia. It's been strangely peaceful since then. Sure there were Hollows here and there, but it has been peaceful. We know Aizen is our real enemy, which is nice. Strangely enough, the Hollows sometimes left on their own, which is cool as well.

What I mean is that, sometimes, Rukia and I would get a Hollow signal. We'd head over to the location and find...nothing. Strange to say the least. But at the moment, that wasn't the problem.

"GOOOOOOOOD MOOOOORNING ICHIGOOOOOOOOO!"

That was. I quickly rolled out of bed, using the fall as an escape from the attack. The moment I got up, I slammed my fist into the nose of the intruder, knocking the man across the room.

"What the hell, old man?!"

The old man, my dad, got up from his resting spot on the floor, massaging his broken nose. "Ah, it seems your reflexes get more sharp by the day."

"I keep telling you to knock it off, idiot!"

Honestly though. Who attacks their own children when they are asleep?! It's absurd and unnecessary!

I quickly grabbed my stuff so that way I could leave for school. I wouldn't want to be around if he attacks again.

I finally got to school after the long, boring walk. The moment I made it to class, though, I already knew something was up. It was a daily thing, like how my dad attacks me every morning.

"HELLLLLLO ICHIGOOOOOOOOO!"

Except the assailant this time was far less experienced in combat. All I really had to do was flex, and the battle was over.

The assailant was on the floor in an instant, whining about not being able to hug me.

Whatever. He had it coming, anyways. Who charges at people to give them hugs, anyways? It was stupid, honestly.

Before heading to my seat, I realized I forgot something.

"Hey, Inoue." I greet her.

"Hello Kurosaki-Kun." She says, a little nervous.

There was a small pause, before I decided to sit down. Class was about to start.

Misato Ochi, our classes teacher, enters the room. She's generally easy-going, and doesn't seem to mind us being out of class much. Just don't interrupt her while she teaches and you're on good terms with her.

As of today, though, I doubt anything new is going to happen.

"Good Morning class, today we have two new transfer students with us today!"

See? Nothing new.

I wonder what they're like…

Two people walk into the room. The first has straight up white hair, that practically lit up the whole room. The person's hair was short and kind of spiky. Their skin was dark in comparison to that of the average japanese person. Their eyes were orange. The person had a lazy grin on their face, which I found really strange. They had a dark red jacket that was over a yellow turtleneck. Finally, they had a simple gray skirt, along with orange tennis shoes.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the skirt, this person would have passed as male.

The second person was far more ordinary looking, consisting of the normal uniform, skin tone, and non- absurd hair and eye color.

I'm DEFINITELY not trying to make my hair color seem more ordinary.

I'M NOT!

*Third person*

"Heya. The names Kotanaru. Kotanaru Shannon. Just call me Kota. It's more simple." She shrugs.

Her voice wasn't deep, but it wasn't light, either. She sounded more tired than anything, honestly.

"And my name Is Kagami Kagato. It's a pleasure to meet you." The blonde male bows respectfully.

"Sadly, since we don't have more than one seat left, one of you will have to stand."

Ichigo looked around the room, and sure enough, there was only one seat left.

"Won't be necessary." The girl, Kotanaru, states. Kagami had somehow sat in the last available seat while Ichigo wasn't looking. He looked as Kota proceeded to sit in Kagami's lap. He raised a brow, not really expecting the teacher to be ok with it.

"Well, that problem is solved."

He gapped for a moment, before shaking his head. He looked back at The pair, the girl asleep, her head on the desk and the Kagami looking as if he didn't really care.

Ichigo decided to just ignore them. If he focused on them, he'd miss out on the lesson.

Before fully focussing, he couldn't help but laugh to himself a bit. Shannon was even smaller than Rukia.

Meanwhile, Kagami was thinking back to the conversation he had with Kota not to long ago.

"Any specific reason as to why we have to go to school again?"

Kota shrugs. "I don't feel like causing problems with the humans of this world. Becoming a student would help solve that."

Kagami rolls his eyes. "I understand that, but…" He looks down at his outfit, grimacing.

The Karakura High School uniform.

"Any reason why I have to wear this uniform? It's uncomfortable."

Kota looked up at him and chuckled.

"Hey, don't worry about it. You look cute! That, and I'm buying you something pretty before we get home."

He looks down at the sleeping girl. She was such a hassle.

Class ends, and Ichigo sees Rukia quickly enter the classroom. She grabs him by the wrist, and promptly drags him outside. He took a bit to react to the action.

"W-what the hell are you doing, Rukia?! I thought you were still in Soul Society!"

"I just left. And we've got a hollow, so suit up!" She says. When they got outside the school, Ichigo slams his badge against his chest, becoming a Soul Reaper.

He hid his body inside of a bush, and quickly ran to catch up with Rukia.

"So this is how we catch up after two weeks, huh? Killing hollows?"

"Don't be dumb, you idiot, work comes first!"

Ichigo sighs, wondering why a hollow had to be there at that moment.

Rukia looked down at her Hollow tracker for a moment before gasping. This caught Ichigo's attention. "What is it, Rukia?"

"I don't know! The Hollow is gone! And in its place…"

Ichigo raised a brow. It couldn't be that bad if it killed the hollow.

"Are two unknown power signatures…"

Ichigo wasn't really bothered...until the phone-like device blew up in Rukia's face.

"Are you alright?!"

Rukia blew out a small puff of smoke.

"I'm fine…" She states in a raspy voice. She shakes her head, all of the smoke and debris falling off of her. Even her hair settled back in place. Neat.

Rukia tried to sense the power herself, but got absolutely nowhere. Either the powers were to high for her to sense, or she simply wasn't capable of detecting that type of energy.

"Yeah, I'll have to report this back to Soul Society." She says.

"So you come back just to leave again?" He complains.

"Nope, you're a witness. You're coming back there with me!" She says, grabbing his wrist again. But first, they head to Kisuke. He might know what's up.
