Blood Filled Roses
I gasped as I felt his cool, smooth finger trace the outline of my jaw. I lay against an ivory sheet, frozen. I felt his warm breath on my neck as he whispered, "You are Mine Rachel... Forever. I'm not letting you get away from me, not like last time."
I shot up from my bed as I awake to loud voice of my mother, Shelby Corcoran. A layer of sweat engulfed my whole body as I shoved my blankets aside.
I checked my clock and groaned, I had 20 minutes to get ready. I shrugged off my clothing as I stepped inside the shower and into my heaven. The hot water trickled down my back as I washed my hair. I then hopped out, wrapping the pure white towel around my body.
I smiled to myself as I saw my bed made. My mum is all I have and I wouldn't change it for all the money in the world. I pulled the black skinny jeans and white lace peplum top as I walk back into my bathroom. I plugged in my hair dryer as I dried and then straightened my hair. I glanced at my reflection, I was a spitting image of my mother.
I finished getting ready and managed to grab a piece of toast on the way out.
"Bye Mum, See you soon. Love you!" I yelled as I closed the door.
I grasped my jacket as I walked along the empty streets. I enjoyed my morning walks, they were peaceful and calming. The chance to forget about all the drama that is life.
As I walked onto the school grounds I spotted the school's cheerleading team in practise. I used to be one of those girls... High pony tails, the popularity and the power. That was then I suppose, but this is now.
Things hit a down fall when my father passed away. They said it was an animal attack but I knew otherwise, things never seemed to match up.
I walked into the fillings hall of the school and glanced at my outfit self consciously, I was no Quinn Fabray but I wanted to feel pretty.
Something was different today, a shiver sent shivers down my spine as his voice echoed in my head. You are Mine Rachel... Forever. I'm not letting you get away from me, not like last time.
I grasped my books tightly against my chest as I made my way to Homeroom.
"You are late Miss Berry..."
"Corcoran." I corrected quietly ignoring the teacher's glare, I swear I saw a shimmer of pity on her face. Pity, pity my ass. I couldn't stand teachers treating me differently. The poor innocent girl who lost her father.
"You must be Stefan and Damon Salvatore?" The teacher asked in a monotone voice.
"Yes, I'm Damon and this is my little brother Stefan..." His deep voice triggered me to remember my dream. That's him! That voice... I sat up and looked at the two brothers. Those eyes... Something about them.
I dropped my head until I heard that very voice speak again.
"Is this seat taken?" He spook smoothly with ease and I found myself speechless. I blushed furiously and replied with a nod. Something pulled me to him... I was intrigued by everything about him.
Damon Salvatore, what are you doing to me?
Author's Note: So this is obviously a new story I was inspired to write. I'm not putting my other story on hold, just feeling inspired about this story. Should I continue this? Don't worry my chapters will be longer! This is merely a teaser for the story.
Disclaimer: I don't own Glee or Tvd!
