Teddy Teddy
Ciel coughed harshly, closing his eyes until the coughing fit went away. The soft silk sheets that layed on top of him, burned every single time they moved just the slightest bit, enough to make him want to push them away, but then, he would be meet with freezing cold air. He didn't like that either, so he had to deal with the annoying sheets that draped over him, much to his annoyance.
Sebastian walked into the room with a tray in hand which medicine and tea laid upon. Ciel's feverish eyes laid on the butler as he walked to his bedside to give him medicine.
"How do you feel Young Master?" Sebastian asked as he prepared the tea and medicine. If Ciel could glare properly at this moment, he sure would, but this stupid fever kept him from doing so. Stupid Finny.
"What do you think?" he wheezed as he tugged the blankets closer to him, only to wince at the stupid idea.
Sebastian smiled lightly at him as he poured the medicine in a spoon and held it in front of Ciel's mouth. Ciel just glared at Sebastian the best he could while he opened his mouth hesitantly, drinking the medicine down, trying his best not to regurgitate it up.
"I think Young Master has caught a cold." replied the butler, much to Ciel's annoyance. Ciel grumbled something under his breath about having to kill a certain demon as he looked away, eye lids now heavy for some much needed sleep.
"Shut up you stupid demon." he demanded in a hushed voice. Sebastian spared Ciel a glance while he placed the tea cup on the nightstand, now facing the Earl.
"Would you like to drink your tea Young Master, or sleep?" he asked, changing the subject. Ciel closed his heavy eyelids as he moved to his side, wincing in pain from the burning sensation the blankets caused.
"Sleep…" And with that he fell asleep, much to Sebastian evil enjoyment.
Sebastian smiled evilly as he bent down and grabbed the brown teddy bear with the blue ribbon tied around its neck, the one the young master had bought a few days ago, a put it in front of Ciel who instantly hugged the teddy bear without knowing it.
"Aw," Sebastian cooed mockingly to himself. "Young Master looks adorable with his Teddy Teddy." he chuckled to himself as he left the room before Ciel could wake up and see what Sebastian has done.
