I'm currently working on a drabble challenge over on TONFA.
I still have a long way to go before I finish the whole set but I thought I would share the ones I have finished so far.
A Drabble is defined as a story exactly 100 words long.

Naruto averted his eyes. He had hoped that she would turn to him for comfort when things had seemed hopeless but Sakura had been steadfast in her love for him. When Sasuke had returned to the village empty of rage and looking for safe harbor, she had been there waiting with open arms, never doubting his return. Her eyes were only on him and would always be on him. Naruto understood that but the pain in his soul was deep and filled with the hurt of unrequited love. She had cut him where it hurt the most – his heart.
