Hello everyone, firstly thank you for choosing my story, means alot to me. Secondly this is the third unfineshed fanfic I have in my hands right now so if I don't update as often is because I'm ether busy with life or with another fanfic. This is a Kuro aka BB one, and honestly I love this show to death and I think it's my favorite.

Since I have watched all the anime and currently reading the manga I had the thirst to make a fanfic, I needed to get this out of my system. So without futher adeu, enjoy!

Disclaimer: I don' own Kuroshitsuji maga/anime.

"…It burns," She sobbed. Glistening tears ran down her blush-covered face. Her eyes were swollen from the crying, her cheeks burning with heat, and what looked like a bountiful young lady now looked like she has been dragged and abused. "He thinks I'm useless, when I'm not. Tell me butterfly do you think I'm useless?" She stared at the creature that flew from flower to flower with its red wings.

She wished she was as free, to do whatever she pleased, to love whoever she wanted but no. she brought it on herself. "Ciel Phantomhive! Why did I have to love you!" She screamed as her sobs chocked out her voice. Tears fell down her face like a waterfall, clinging on to the corners of her face for dear life. "Why?" She fell backwards on the bed of lilies, inhaling the stormy air.

The temperature was humid and the clouds looked disturbed, she wanted to just run and leave. Most of all she wished for him to love her. She cried endless nights, when her mother and father, and mostly her aunt weren't looking so she could let the pain escape her heart…everyday.

That night, on a starless stormy night she cried even more than she had ever cried before he had told her that he didn't love her, she was useless, and that he just wanted her to disappear. She wished, and wished upon the moon that she could love and be loved in return, she had everything. Money, fame, status, but she wanted what she never had, love.

"Moon, if you can hear me…" She raised her hand, arching to touch the unreachable moon. "I want you to grant my wish, make him love me." She said with a smile on her face, full of melancholy, of tears, and of regrets. Suddenly the air became violent, slashing through her body, making her golden locks fly in the compass of the wind, drying away the tears. She smirked.

She looked over her shoulder where she saw that the butterfly had positioned itself. "Can you grant me my wish beautiful butterfly? Can you be my genie, my sorceress? Would you?" She innocently asked, knowing that the animal would never listen, much less answer back at her desperate wishes.

"Depends," An unknown yet dark whisper reached her ear, making her skin park with goose bumps. "What would you give for the wish?" She heard the unknown voice ask again.

"What? Who's there?" She was now scared, maybe she was going insane after all.

"Don't be afraid, I'm here because you summoned me." The voice once again spoke, this time more clearly and softly.

"Who are you?" Lizzie asked the common question, expecting to get a face or a body.

"Well I'm currently resting in your shoulder. But you can refer to me as a demon." It chuckled lightly.

Lizzie glanced over her shoulder, looking at the red winged butterfly, which moved its wings gracefully. She gasped as she observed the butterfly being surrounded by a dark aura. She watched it carefully and she just couldn't believe her eyes, she was most likely hallucinating. Yes, that was it. She was talking to a butterfly who claimed to be a demon, it was just too unreliable.

"Don't be fooled by my appearance," The voice chuckled. "There's more to it than meets the eyes Miss Elizabeth. I have seen you cry countless nights, make wishes to the moon, and the sun, and what not. And now that you have a source you won't believe me? Pathetic."

"So you c-can actually grant me my w-wish?" She stuttered nervously as she held the butterfly carefully at the center of her soft, warm palms.

"Yes, but you have to give me something in return for my services, Miss."

"What would that 'something' be?"

"Your soul."

She paused. Her soul as in her heart? That was all? She used to think that there wasn't any such thing as a 'soul'. She had herd nobleman speak jokes about it, and of course used as love poems and such, but she actually didn't believe that humans possessed them.

"You want my soul? And if I give it to you will grant my wishes?" She asked innocently as she rose from the ground and stood up, watching the creature softly flap its wings.

"Yes but beware, after I grant you your wishes, I would eat your soul and die. And take in notice that when you do die, you will go to neither heaven, nor hell. After all I am a demon and our contracts are not ensured by what you humans call "God"." The demon explained. "So, do we have a deal?" It asked, almost with a hint of amusement at looking at the girl.

"I-I don't know. I-"

"Well, if you don't want it, you can always suffer to your pains and look ridiculously for the rest of your life well, then go ahead. I offered everything I could to you Miss. Now I have my dinner to fetch." It softly chuckled at it soared away leaving Lizzie hesitant and not knowing what to do.

"Wait!" She yelled, making the creature halt in place and flutter to a stop.

"Yes? Need something?" It asked with its velvety, dark, and let's not forget frightening voice. It chilled Lizzie to the bones, she just wondered what the demon actually looked like, or was it actually in its nature form.

"Gant me my wishes." Lizzie demanded, fear and insecurity cloaking her squeaky voice. Lizzie glanced over and back there it was; the blood red butterfly was in her fragile shoulder. The once again dark aura surrounding the small and gentle insect.

"Are you sure of this? Once you have made a deal with me you will not be accepted in neither hell nor heaven," It explained, again the chuckled surrounded its voice, almost as if mocking Lizzie. Almost as of whispering in her ear that she couldn't do it; that she was a coward, but the insect was wrong. "So I'm going to ask you once again. Will you wish to form a contract with me and never set the gaze of the golden gates of heaven or hell upon your eyes?"

The emerald colored eyed girl hesitated as she clenched her fists, biting her lip so hard that a thin streak of blood rushed out of her plump pink lips. She moaned and took a deep breath at the same; she relaxed her muscles and picked the butterfly up in her palms once again. This was after all sounding so ridiculous. If she ever told anyone her mother would probably kill her for being so ridiculous and acting un-lady like.

She gazed carefully at the creature who, with its little tiny eyes, stared back. "I, Elizabeth Ethel Cordelia Middleford orders you to grant my wishes…demon!" She demanded with a tone she'd never have found inside her, dark and demanding, almost sending chills down the demon's spine as she knew it. She closed her eyes extending her hand that held the insect forward waiting for something to happened but nothing, just a sudden change of wind and the strong smell of…roses?

"…Good..." The demon chuckled darkly. "Then we have a deal Miss Elizabeth…" In that precise moment she opened her emerald colored eyes, watching the butterfly turn in to crimson red dust and being dispelled away by the wind that was accompanied by the strong smell of the flower. "Now, I want you to relax," Lizzie felt cold hands surround her neck, almost feeling pressure surrounding her slender throat. "This will only hurt…a lot…" The demon released a dark laugh as Elizabeth felt her skin burn.

The burning sensation traveled on small areas from her neck and back, almost playing, nipping, licking at her skin, causing her eyes to shut and groan in immense pain. When she noticed that the fire dance had stopped she let one of her tears rush down her face, falling down her neck and watch over the previously wounded spot, making it sting for only a short moment.

Lizzie fell down to her knees, only to be cupped in the face by now warm hands, with a smooth and gentle touch.

"My young mistress, there's no need to cry," A now sweet and silky voice spoke to her, making her emerald green eyes to open slowly as a tear still lingered, which the hands currently touching her wiped off gracefully off her pale face. "I'm here to protect you. Always."

"So why don't you come out of the dark demon?" Lizzie asked, now sitting upon the wooden border of the bed. Her light pink room was surrounded by red roses, accompanied by dark black thorns that looked deadly enough.

"I'm sorry my lady, I can't. You haven't given me an appearance yet." It responded. Elizabeth paused, thinking and reasoning over the demon had just explained to her.

"Your appearance? Don't you have your own?" She asked innocently, placing her tiny finger on her lip. She was rather very curious what the demon looked like, after all it was going to grant her most needed and desired wishes.

"Yes, demons only wear the appearance that their masters give to them milady. You have to describe me and then I will transform into the appearance milady desires."

"Oh, I see," Lizzie paused, thinking what she actually wanted the demon to be appeared as. She was sure going to pick something enticing, she would rather not gaze upon a dark creature that came from the fiery corners of hell. "Well what would you like to look as demon?"

"I apologize for the correction milady. But I'm actually a demoness." It chuckled lightly.

"Oh are you really? I didn't think that ladies could be such a thing it should be terrible."

"I advise to you milady that we demons have no shame, were created from the worst materials you humans can posses. Wrath, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, Pride, Sloth, and Greed, and lest not forget that in the human eyes, we might be considered as the perfect beings, just like Angels, or Gods, but in reality we are the most sinful, disgusting, and imperfect beings in the face of Earth, Heaven, and Hell." It explained in its silky smooth and still monotone voice. Lizzie listened carefully, as she truly was horrified, impressed and mostly interested in this kind of things, of course she had never heard of them. "Gender, unlike humans, we demons don't care except for the fact that if a male demon does capture us, we will become their property, much like in the human world."

"Oh interesting that the male population is always in control huh?" Lizzie touched the place where her dear Ciel had stuck upon her for breaking his precious family ring. "Well no matter, let's get to making you look astonishing shall we?"

"Don't need to you, we take the form of physical perfection itself once you give minor descriptions." It informed.

"Alright then. Let me think about it, what will my beautiful demoness look like?" She giggled. The demon was terribly confused by the girl's attitude. One second she wanted to die the other she was on her knees with fear and know she talked to the demoness like they've known each other since birth. Cute, the demoness thought. "How about beautiful straight, silky, shoulder length midnight hair?" Just like Ciel, Lizzie thought with a faint smirk on her face. "And sparkling, deep, forest green eyes?" She finished suggesting looking at the shadow that his the unfinished demoness that hid on one corner of the room.

"Yes, my lady." It simply said as the shadow rose from a sitting position. Soon enough a light that colored the room disappeared, leaving only broken wings and a broken wish fall to the grounds, for after multiple quiet, fear filled seconds the demoness spoke again.

"Milady, go look at a mirror and tell me what you see different." The demoness swiftly commanded with a sweet tone, a new tone that Lizzie had yet heard. She must change voices as she changes looks too; I hope she isn't a terrifying looking demoness. Lizzie rushed over to the vanity table and looked at her face, soon to catch a red mark in her throat that caught the attention of her sparkling emerald colored eyes.

"My neck. What…what is this demoness?" She nervously asked, running a hand softly at the smooth skin. She recognized that it was the place where she had felt the burning sensation, but still the skin was just as normal, the only difference was the weird ruby red symbol that no matter how hard she stroked it, it wasn't leaving.

"It's the seal of our contract milady," The demoness approached the girl, Lizzie turned around to face her new partner that with one look stunned her eyes. She was wrapped around a shredded black cloth, not covering much of her curvy body. Her eyes and hair were perfectly as Lizzie described; the silky midnight hair fell both fell gracefully and perfectly on her shoulders, her dark forest colored eyes had an immense and intense look in them, filled with both softness and determination. She smirked as her young mistress set her eyes upon her. "You see milady, when you made the deal with me, the uncomfortable and burning feeling you experienced was the fires of hell, signing the deadly contact with its deadly and permanent fire with my mark," Lizzie watched her demoness carefully as she rose her hand and wrapped her right hand around her neck, revealing the same ruby red symbol on her hand that Lizzie saw on her neck. "See milady? For us demons it represents that we are on a contract, and can I tell you a little secret? They say that when a mark is placed on a part of the body that is easy to spot it means that the demon and the human have a strong bond, we must have a pretty close then, milady." The demoness smirked.

"Oh, but wouldn't it get other people's attention? Or can they even see it?" Lizzie asked. Personally the demon thought that the girl was asking too many questions, but she was grateful to Satan for not sending her an unstable and unpredictable brat for a soul.

"No need milady, I will figure out how to hide the mark. After all what kind of Middleford maid would I be if I couldn't do this much for milady?" Demoness smirked softly as she placed only the fingertips of her refined hand on top of her right side of her chest, where the heart is located. "Now, I think that you should rest milady, it is quite late at night."

"Alright demoness, will you help me?" Lizzie asked as she stood up from her vanity table and faced her demon maid.

"No need to ask milady, I will always help you and protection no questions or no pleads needed. Until the end."

"Until the end? You promise demoness? You won't ever leave me will you?" Lizzie frowned as she looked up at her demoness; her deep green eyes disappeared as they were now engulfed in a sizzling pink color.

"Until the very ends of this world and you have my honest promise. Demons don't lie, especially to their masters." The demon exceptionally explained, as she took off Lizzie's corset and the rest of her clothes, soon to dress her in a soft pink nightgown. "Let me brush your hair milady." She suggested as she took in her hands a wooden brush, soon stroking Lizzie's golden locks with it.

"Demoness, do you have a name?" Lizzie asked randomly in the silence that coated the room. The demon just continued to brush her hair, after a few seconds she replied with a 'no'. "Well what should I call you in public? Because I think that demoness would be also ridiculous."

"If I may suggest milady, when you gave me my appearance, you could also give me a name that I should go by as when I'm in your command that is until I devour your soul." The demoness explained. Lizzie shivered at the last part, she wasn't sure that she had a soul but at this point meeting a demon was way more bizarre than having one in the first place.

"Well since you are pretty you should have a pretty name," Lizzie giggled as the demoness continued to brush her locks. Lizzie taught deeply of a name, a name suited for both a human and a demon, but she didn't it to want be too uncommon. "I got it!" She bolted upwards, shocking the demoness and making her stand back with surprise.

"What is the name that you desire to give me milady?"

"Nicole, Nicole Evans. Do you like it Nicole?" She turned around to find that her maid was smiling gratefully. Lizzie sat back down and she let Nicole continue brush her silk golden locks.

"I will always grateful to your honorable gifts milady." She bowed courteously as she only placed her fingertips over her heart.

"Glad you like it Nicole, because I certainly find it very suiting for such a pretty demon as you. I think that we will be quite the couple don't you think?"

"Certainly milady," She finished as she settled the brush aside. "Now it is getting very latte, almost one in the morning, and I'm certain that it has been too much for the young mistress to handle so please I will prepare bed so you may sleep." She bowed as she hurried over to Lizzie's bed preparing it to perfect conditions.

"Thank you Nicole." Lizzie whispered as she hid her lover body with the white blankets. Lizzie's green emerald eyes stared at her maid's own, finding a bittersweet look in her forest eyes.

"No problem miladies, now, have sweet dreams."

"Wait! Where will you sleep? I mean my family is out of town and the only ones here and you and some other household help. Don't you need sleep?" Lizzie asked as she sat up on the bed.

"We demons don't need sleep, it's considered as a luxury for us milady. I will keep unseen until tomorrow where I will be waiting for breakfast and don't worry; I will provide a solid explanation for my appearance when your family returns. Now, please milady sleep, rest is required to look as beautiful as a rose isn't it?" She sweetly smiled as she looked at Lizzie who nodded innocently. Nicole walked over to where each and every candle was located and blew each and every one with a gentle blow of air, until only the candelabrum was the only source providing light in the room. "Sweet dreams milady."

"Wait! Nicole, stay with me, please. I don't want to be left alone." Lizzie pleaded with a light hint of sadness in her tone; her voice was almost heartbreaking to Nicole's ears.

"Of course milady. I will stay by your side, until the end of time…" She blew out the lights kneeling in front of the bed, watching the girl fall into a deep and peaceful sleep.

I will serve you until the end of time, after I will eat your soul gracefully, as you are a diamond in the rough.
