What would happen if Adrian Monk met Edward Elric? I'd rather not think about that…. I'm also sorry to fangirls of either of these guys about this. I tried to think of something else. Please don't hate me. I'm a Roy fangirl myself!
Chapter 1: The murder thing before the theme song

Roy Mustang was lying asleep in his bed, turning over every so often under the covers. Suddenly, somebody picked the lock on the front door. Roy awoke to use the restroom, when he heard coughing coming from downstairs. He put his robe on, grabbed a candle, and snapped, lighting it. He slowly went down the stairs and peered into the living room. He couldn't make out the persons face, as a mask covered it. He did smell smoke though…
"Who are you?" asked Roy. "What do you want?" His gloves were on and ready. The man ran from the room, grabbed a chair, and snuck up behind the Colonel. He hit him over the head and dragged his unconscious body over to the couch. The man next shoved some pills down his throat and heard the Colonel's heart stop. What he didn't realize though, was that he dropped one under the couch.
"That's the last time you ever steal a girlfriend from me!" Havoc said quietly.
He went out the door again and locked it on the way out. The next morning, Riza Hawkeye went to the Colonel's house to pick him up for work like every morning. She rang the doorbell and waited. After about five minutes, she noticed that he didn't get the paper that morning. He always got the paper when he woke up in the morning. She fished the key out of her pocket and went inside. She headed into the living room with the paper. She dropped the paper on the floor and screamed when she found his pale lifeless body on the couch. She grabbed her cell phone and called 9-1-1. "Hello?" she asked. "There's been a murder! GET ME ADRIAN MONK!"
