"Hey Seaweed Brain," Annabeth said.
"Hey Wise Girl," Percy said back.
"Kelp face."
"Owl brain."
"Blue food."
"Mrs. Jackson."
"What?" Annabeth asked, looking shocked.
"Nothing," Percy said looking away blushing.
"No, Percy…. what'd you say? Say it again… I need to make sure I heard you right."
Percy blushed deep red.
"Ummmm, Mrs. Jackson..." he mumbled quickly and quietly.
Annabeth smiled whilst blushing,"Percy, don't be embarrassed… I want to be Mrs. Jackson."
Percy's jaw dropped, he always knew they were soul mates, but he never really knew whether Annabeth wanted to make it serious…. by getting married. But, he felt something was different today and this morning he had put a special something in his pocket.
"Don't be a fish. Close your mouth," she said putting a finger on his jaw.
Percy recovered and said, "Well, future Mrs. Jackson. Let's make this official shall we?"
Annabeth looked confused.
But then, Percy dropped to one knee. Annabeth covered her mouth in surprise, her eyes wide and shining.
"Annabeth… um.. well, we've been through thick and thin together. We literally went to hell together. You're my everything and I wouldn't be alive without you. Actually the world wouldn't exist anymore without you… quite literally I think. Now I want us to be together our whole lives," he paused for dramatic effect while pulling out a box from his pocket.
"Annabeth Chase, will you marry me and make me the luckiest demigod on the planet?"
In answer, she pulled him off the floor and pushed her lips against his locking them into a passionate kiss.
She pulled away slightly, "If that wasn't clear enough, the answer's yes."
Percy just pulled her back into a deep kiss.
"Gods, I love you Percy," she murmured on his lips
"I swear on the River Styx, that I love you and always will," he whispered back, putting the ring he was still clutching in his hand onto her finger.
A/N- This was based off a picture I found on Google with the name calling in it. Also, I've been trying to upload pictures for the covers of my stuff, but the image manager isn't working and it's very annoying. But yeah, that's why this doesn't have a cover picture.
