On the rose that was their love

A rose that she was given, representing of his love. It was given to her by the one, that she says she cares of. But the love begins to fade, and so is the rose that represents their love that once was...but is no more. Please review! Poem! :

Here is a one shot that I wrote. Its a poem, please no flames. I don't really like couple bashing unless its KarinXSasuke, so I didn't put any character names. So, just put imagine this happening to whatever Naruto couple you hate, I guess. Read on, and review please! :)

A rose that she was given,
Representing of his love.
It was given to her,
By the one,
That she says she cares of.

And then she came home,
With her face tinted red.
Fearing that the love would die,
With ever tear she shed.

His heart seemed as cold,
And made out of metal.
On the rose that was their love,
There went the first petal.

A rose that she was given,
Representing of his love.
It was given to her,
By the one,
That she says she cares of.

And one day she returned,
With her head filled with lies,
With no one to comfort her,
As she breaks down and cries.

She didn't want to beleive,
That nothing was going right.
The lies she bought, for the lies he sell,
On the rose that was their love,
Another petal fell.

A rose that she was given,
Representing of his love.
It was given to her,
By the one,
That she says she cares of.

So one day she sit and sigh,
Trying not to cry.
Wondering what went wrong,
Wondering- how and why?

Though their relationship,
Could sometimes be so sweet.
It wasn't always fun.
On the rose that was their love,
There went another one.

A rose that she was given,
Representing of his love.
It was given to her,
By the one,
That she says she cares of.

So another day went by,
And they seemed to drift apart.
For the pain, he put her through,
Was tearing up her heart.

She couldn't even fathom,
How much things went downhill.
For the pain, she became fond.
On the rose that was their love,
Another petal; gone

And so one day she drew the line,
Because she couldn't take no more.
She left the lies, the tears,
And then she hit the door.

He took her heart,
Then she shattered it.
He was labeled as a theft,
On the rose that was their love...

There were no more petals left...

So there is my new poem, and I hope you like it. If not, please no flames. But anyways, review! And read my other stories, I have another one shot I want to write, and a story to finish. But the one shots are for fun. :)
