SILVER TIGER
In the shades of the silvery moon
Regal and dignified, proud and strong, with a voice that calls to you
that makes you swoon
The silver type of tiger stalks in the night
He walks in sheer beauty and might
Shining silver-blue eyes blink at you, set in a beautiful face in the
hazy light
Quietly he brushes soft warm fur against your cheek
Then disappears in a silver streak
In the misty night you begin to seek
The source of that soft, warm heat
Then you realize he is gone now because you awake
It was only a dream by a moonlit lake
You knew in your dream you were safe with that impressive soul, who
in the moon and starlit night stood tall
His name known as Munkustrap to all.
ROSES WITHER AWAY
In a dimly lit room
Where stars of artificial glories shone
I saw a glimmer of grace under a mystical moon-
Slowly, happily inside a new rose began to bloom.
Now the moon and stars have dimmed and come
To and undeserved, misunderstood rest...
And in the course of a night
The rose's bloom began fading under an unknown test.
Tears of sadness I cry now
As I know you are forced to take your final bow.

RIDDLE POEMS
1.In time my name is known by all
As the name who predicted Troy would fall
Believed it was not, and her own death she saw.
Graceful and mysterious, slinking and long
My movements of dance are, and limited to two lines is my song.
2.My name the harvest promise does bear
And like yellow wheat is part of part of the color costume I wear
In my past a dark remembrance lies
And that cat's name when disturbances occur is what I cry.
3.My costume's name carries the colors of the night
The colors ebony and the moon's silvery might
Telling you about the others is what I do in my song
And to me the tribe's welfare does belong.
4.I'm feared by many who just hear my name
In depravity but covered with suavity I live in no shame
Many flees when my name someone will cry
But outwardly respectable am I.
5. Black, red and fire is my costume's claim to fame
A good time and worldly ways are my game.
Sensual moves and beauty have I
Easy it is for me to catch a tom's eye.
