Life as we Know it
Everyday started out the same. Get up, shower, get dressed, eat. Nothing had ever been good in his life. But lately he'd been wondering if something good was starting to change that. The day he met her he felt something. But for someone as unaccustomed to love as he was, he didn't know what that feeling was. So he went on with everyday just like the last. He didn't care what the world thought or what Luke thought or what anyone in this whole %@!#!&@ town thought. He could be what he wanted when he wanted. He just wondered what she thought about it.
Everyday started out the same. Get up, shower, get dressed, eat. Everything in her life was pretty good. But lately she'd been wondering if something better was going to change that. The day she met him she felt something. And even thought she was a pretty brilliant girl, she didn't know what that feeling was. So she went on with everyday like the last. She only cared what her mom thought, what Dean thought, maybe even what Luke thought. She was told everyday she could be whatever she wanted. She just wondered what he thought she should be.
So as they got up, showered, got dressed, and ate, two very different people, from very different backgrounds, thought very similar thoughts. And perhaps they were slowly figuring out that they were actually very much alike, much more than they thought.
