Writer O'Hara as she was called walked along the streets of Harlem. She was the leader of the Harlem Newsgirls. Some of the toughest girls in all of New York. Things were great lately it seemed. However, she was still upset that Raven, leader of the Staten Island Newsies had dumped her for some blond haired blue eyed whore. God that didn't just make her mad. It annoyed her, and annoying her was not the best thing in the world to do. Oh well its not like he meant anything to her anyways. She walked around Harlem bored out of her mind after she had finished selling her papes. Maybe she would go to Brooklyn or Manhattan or Queens or something.
'Maybe i shouldn't go to Brooklyn. That Spot Conlon always annoys me.' she thought to herself.
hmmm.... well Red and them were there so maybe it would be ok to go. So she could see them that is. It was then that she made it a pertinent necessity to find her second in command to let her know that she was taking off for a week and that if she had any problems just send a runner.
She walked a little while longer and eventually came upon 4 eyes, also known as her second in command. She was called that because of her glasses obviously. She told her all that needed to be told and then went on her way to the lodging house.
Authors note: I started this in class today and I'm really not sure where its going so if you have any ideas please feel free to let me know when you review i will be happy to give you credit if I choose your idea. Also if anyone has any ideas for a title those will also be appreciated.
