Clary POV
I was walking down the hallway to my room when I hear groaning coming from one of the empty rooms. I get curious so I peek inside the room. What I see horrifies me. Jace and some girl are on the bed making out. I can't take it so I turn around, slam the door and run to my room.
I put a locking rune on the door so that no one can get in and get a bag. There is banging at the door but I start putting stuff in the bag; clothes, sketch book, stele, and weapons. I write a note for Izzy, Alec and Simon and start drawing a portal when the door bursts open and Jace is standing there.
"Clary! Don't leave! Let me explain." Jace pleads.
"No!" I sob. I turn and jump on the portal and it disappears behind me. I look around and I see that I am at L.A. I run around trying to find something or someone. Then I find Tessa Gray.
"Tessa!?" I exclaim.
"Clary!? Is that really you? What are you doing here?" She asks. So I tell her what happened. When I'm done she pulls me into a big hug.
"Well… Can you help me? I don't want to see him again." I ask.
"Ok. Well to begin, you need a place to stay… You can stay in an apartment, I'll buy you it. Then you need a job. Oh! Come with me." She grabs me and I follow. We walk into a club and she goes up to the bartender.
"Jessica!" Tessa says.
"Tessa!" Jessica exclaims. Jessica is a warlock. You can tell. Her hair is green. Other than that she looks normal.
"Ok Jessica. Clary here wants a job. Can she work here?"
"Ya."
"Ok! Thank you!" She says and turns to leave I follow after I wave at Jessica.
"Ok. So, there we have ⅔ things done. Now all we need is a new name for you."
"Ok. What about Angel?"
"Angel! Oh, I like it." We start laughing and she takes me to my new apartment.
Jace POV
I don't know why I did it. Rose just started to kiss me and I kissed her back. I never meant for Clary to find out. I don't know why I did it though. Rose started to kiss me so I kissed her back. I knew it was wrong but I couldn't help myself.
Then I heard the door slam. I jump off Rose.
"Uhh! Who is it now?" I complain. I go outside and see a flash of red hair. Oh shit! Clary! I run after her but I'm too late. She already closed the door and put a locking rune on it. I take out my stele and start drawing an opening rune on the door.
The door bursts open and I see Clary opening a portal.
"Clary! Don't leave! Let me explain." I plead.
"No." She sobs and jumps in the portal. I run towards her but the portal closes before I can get in. Then I see on her desk a note. It's addressed to Izzy, Simon, and Alec. I read it. It says;
Dear Izzy, Simon and Alec,
I'm sorry I left. Jace cheated on me and I couldn't take it. I ran away. Don't try to track me because I'll just keep on running away if you find me. I love you. Remember this isn't your fault. I love you and always will but don't try to find me please.

She ran away. Just then Rose gets in the room. "Hey Baby, what's wrong?" she asks.
"Clary found out. She ran away… Uhh, Izzy's going to kill me." I say.
"Not if she doesn't find out." she says. So we decide to burn the note Clary made and tell them that Clary left without telling them the real reason why.
Everyone was devastated. They didn't come out of their rooms for days. They didn't know the real reason why Clary left so they didn't blame me. But I knew the real reason Clary left was because I cheated which I'm ok with.
