Sorry if it's cheesy, wrote this with writers block and very quickly.

Chapter 1:Flippy
"Well, if I have any advice, it would be to pay attention to your surroundings." Flippy said as he rubbed his eye. He remembered that he was chasing both nutty and handy, He had stabbed nutty and left him to bleed to death while he strangled handy, unaware nutty was about to do one of the smartest things nutty ever did in his life. Flippy heard a yell when handy was almost dead, when Flippy turned to see what it was, all he saw was a bleeding nutty and something bloody rapidly going towards his eye. Flippy then realized that Awesomebad was telling the reader Flippys thoughts, which prompted Flippy to say "Yeah, that's why you should either pay attention or never rely on somebody to just sit down and die."
Can you guess the reference?
(Believe it or not I have never played what the reference is from, just watched YouTube clips.)
