Chapter 1: Something's Wrong?
Vanessa walked in the cold, blue colored dorm and set her college books and her bag on the polished table near the kitchen. She then walked to her cozy couch and picked up the television remote. She yawned deeply and turned on the TV finding herself on the screen.
"Ugh! What kind of rumor is that?" She exclaimed. "I always knew that would happen!"
The paparazzi took photos of her with messy hair and ragged pajamas, walking outside to get her mail. She wans't so happy with the attention she got from her fans, but she was happy and cheerful with something in her life. Vanessa turned off the TV and picked up and old picture from last year. It was a picture of her and Zac at the London premiere of High School Musical 2. She smiled at the picture, giving her memories.
She sighed staring at the picture. As she sat up from the couch she heard her phone ringing.
Vanessa walked to the table and grabbed her phone out of the bag sitting by her books.
"Hello?" She said sweetly, knowing who was calling.
"Hey, it's me! What's up?" Zac said in an exiting tone.
"Ah, nothing, I just got home from school; I have a big report coming up. Well what's up with you?"
"Same old stuff everyday. I have to go to New York in 2 weeks to film a movie. It's called Seventeen. I'm sure I told you about that." He chuckled.
"Yes, you did and Congratulations!" She smiled. She then wondered when she was going to get started on her report.
"I'll call you back, Kay?"
"Okay then. Talk to ya later V." He spoke in a soft, quiet tone.
"OK, Bye" Vanessa hung up and sighed. She jogged to get her school bag and walked straight to her room in the small apartment.
The next morning, Vanessa recieved a text message that made her worried. She read it atleast 10 times befroe deleting it. " We need to talk Ness".
"About what?" She thought. "Oh shit! I hope it's nothing bad!"
