Prologue
The Enchanter took out an old book from the shelf. He sat down on his oak chair, beside his costly enchanting table. Years ago, he used to be a young, handsome miner, always on the lookout for diamonds. But time passed by, and age got the better of him.
He dusted the dust off the old book, and coughed while doing it. He began to recite out the book.
There was once a man called Merek. He was a handsome young man, serving well for Minecraftia as a Swordsman. He had lots of followers, most of them consisting of females. Many tried to imitate his style and beauty, but all failed miserably. Merek himself was obsessed with the fact that he was so handsome.
In his free time, when he was not signing autographs, he used to go to a particular pond and looked at his reflection in the mirror. It was so satisfying to him, just looking at his beautiful self in the pond. He was often seen tidying his hair, and adjusting his armor just to the right level, to make him look even more stunning.
One day, when he was looking at his beautiful self in the pond, the God of the pond rose up from the lake.
'You look handsome, young man.' He said.
'Oh, thank you! I know I'm handsome, and I will forever!' Merek said, showing off.
'Don't count your chickens before they hatch, young man.'
'I don't care; I got lots o' ladies following me.'
'Very well...'
The very next day, Merek, while walking to the castle for his daily patrol, accidently fell to a mud pit. His face was smudged with mud. His beautiful golden hair was suddenly brown with dirt; his shining iron armor was all dirty with gooey, yucky, sticky mud.
That day, the female followers ditched him, and found another handsome young swordsman to follow.
Merek now realized his mistake, and went to the pond that very evening and begged forgiveness. The God of the Pond agreed, and made sure that Merek never over-estimated himself ever again.
The Enchanter closed the book, and put it back on the bookshelf. He went over to his mystical enchanting table, and went about his daily business, reading and enchanting holy swords and bows.
