It was cold, Kaorin was walking to school as usual, sighing deeply, thinking, "If only Miss Sakaki would talk to me more…She's so cool. But that stupid Tomo and her friends…they always get in the way…" Another sigh was let out, "If only…" She said, then looked up.

Just a few feet away, Sakaki was walking with Kagura. Kaorin shook her head, "And Miss Kagura…she think she's so much better than Miss Sakaki, but she's…" Kaorin looked up, Sakaki had walked off and Kagura was standing right in front of her.

"Hey there…aren't you in Coach's class?" She asked, leaning in a bit.

Kaorin gave her an odd look, "Coach?"

A hand went behind Kagura's head, stupid grin on her face, "Miss Kurosawa, sorry."

Kaorin gave a sad nod, "No, I'm in Mr. Kimura's class…"

"And you like Sakaki right?"

Kaorin's face turned red at the sudden discovery, "I um…I THINK SHE'S VERY COOL!" She yelled, Kagura winced.

"Its kinda obvious…I mean…I'm no expert but its pretty damn obvious by the way you look at her. Even the way you act around her…" Kagura started walking again, Kaorin soon followed.

"What do you mean…I…I don't act any differently around her than Chihiro…"

"Yeah you do…" She turned the corner, away from the school building.

"M-Miss Kagura…the school…"

Kagura grabbed her wrist, "Yeah I know, just follow me…"

Moments later, they were behind the school, going through the athlete's entrance and taking the stairs to the roof, avoiding any other students. The sun was coming up, creating a orange-pink painting in the sky.

"Sakaki means a lot to me Kaorin." Kagura said suddenly.

Kaorin looked at her in amazement, "Y-You…?"

"Yeah…I do. But…she's got a rough life…I know you'll be better for her but…I've got some things to say to you…

"I'm jealous of you Kaorin…she actually likes you back. But…I feel that…if I could have her…As long as I could hold her, I could go my entire life without sex of any kind…Willingly. As long as I could look into her eyes and tell her I loved her more than anything on this goddamned planet, wiper her tears when she cried, make her smile and laugh. Be the best girlfriend, fiancée, partner that I could possibly be. Treat her like she should be not how she has been. I love her more than I could ever say in a million years. A lifetime of feeing this way...it can't be shown in a lifetime, let alone in three simple words." Kagura sighed deeply, looking off into the distance, "And...If she means anything to you...you'll know this feeling."

Kaorin's face was a mask of shock and awe, she had always thought that Kagura was a bonehead, only accepted to the school for her physical prowess. "She…she does…and…I do Miss Kagura…I just had no clue that you loved her…I'll ask her out and make her happy Miss Kagura! I promise!"

But Kagura was already walking toward the doors, a fist roughly scraping a tear away from her cheek. "You better Kaorin…And…I've got Tomo now…"

As Kagura walked down the stairs, Kaorin hit the floor, she just couldn't believe that Tomo and Kagura were a couple.
