Wang JieXi, a talented player whose skills are ranked top notch even in the professional circuit, has earned his reputation as The Magician. On a side note, his other nickname- not as well meaning or awe-inspiring was Big-eyed Wang- and YeQiu is the only player that dares to call him that. After his breakthrough from a newbie (mind you, not a rookie) when he was younger, the seniors and juniors alike deferred to his superior skills. Awed by his versatile, mercurial playing style, he had earned the nickname The Magician with his style and not his character. As a team player, however, he had to tone down his unique and one could say "lone-wolf" playing style as almost none was able to keep up with it. Frustratingly, that actually meant the changing of his playing style. This may sound easy, but it was not it's like shedding your daily routines to fit another. However, he has done so almost perfectly, wearing his new character as if they were the clothes he was born into. That would be what most people would claim. Players like YeQiu, however, have seen the buried and suppressed potential to his philosophy-"Sacrificing yourself, to win for the team". As such, YeQiu has recognized him as a worthy and not only skilled player, one who truly has passion for the game.
