I wanted to be original so I made a Chilupa (Chiron x Lupa) story, all in Chiron's PoV. Enjoy! (Takes place when the Romans are going to fight the Greek in MoA/HoH
I watched as the Romans flooded into camp Half-Blood and started fighting, just as Percy had warned. I sighed and pulled out my bow to help, when I felt something on my shoulders.
"Don't Chiron, we can stop this," I turned to see Lupa. My heart fluttered. Stop it, I told myself.
"How? They are fighting like they have for millennia, what could make them stop?" I asked. Lupa thought for a minute.
"Maybe if two people they looked up to stood up and did something about it," she suggested shyly. I blushed a bit. We walked into the middle of the battle field together.
"Listen up!" Lupa shouted, her voice filled with power. The clang of swords stop almost immediately.
"You are not enemies!" I continued. "Rome grew off of the Greeks, and your gods are practically the same! You must learn to get along!" I heard a murmur of assorted opinions about that.
"Who says you two are friends!" A voice shouted. Octavian shoved his way towards us. "How do you figure you can prove that we can trust that you two aren't plotting?" I looked at Lupa. Here's my chance. I leaned in and kissed her passionately. It was a little furry, but I think we both enjoyed it. When we pulled away the demigods were gawking. I guess it would look awkward if a centaur and a giant wolf were kissing.
"Is that good enough for you Octavian?" Lupa asked. He nodded slowly and fainted.
"Well? Go on with your lives!" I shouted, pulling Lupa towards the Big House while everyone else wandered around muttering apologies.
"What was that Chiron- not that I didn't like it," Lupa said hurriedly.
"I don't know, it just felt… natural," I said embarrassed.
"Do you think it means anything?" Lupa asked. I looked away for a second.
"Only one way to find out I guess," I said leaning in.
It took a while for everyone to get use to Lupa's and my relationship, but they adjusted eventually. Our hard work payed off, because the Romans and Greeks were working together - minus the occasional skirmish – and both Camps were flourishing. Then I decided to make my move. I took Lupa to the river that divides the forest and set up a picnic. Close to the end, I decided to speak.
"Lupa, we've been together for a while now and… I was wondering… would you marry me?" I asked pulling out a diamond encrusted collar. Lupa's eyes widened.
"Of course Chiron! We have to start planning now!" She said excitedly, picking me up in her mouth and carrying me to the Aphrodite cabin.
After months of planning, it was the wedding day. I watched as Lupa walked down the aisle we set up next to the volleyball court dressed in a giant doggy dress. Don't ask where we found that, but apparently the Aphrodite children can manage any wedding. I didn't even hear most of what was being said, I was lost in Lupa's yellow eyes. But I heard one thing…
"You may now kiss the bride!"
I hope you like this, I got the idea from KnivesAndPens13, so check out her stories! Review! ~AssassinOfNeptune
