I actually wrote this ages and ages ago back when I was writing HSM fics but I found this on my FanFiction documents and decided just to put it up there. If I get a really major response then I'll try continueing it. If anyone wants the story though they're welcome to it just let me know.
DISCLAIMER: says it all really...
'Finally!,' Sharpay moaned dramatically as she slammed the door to thier mansion opened. Leaning on the doorframe, she put her hand up to her forehead, 'at last! I thought it would never end...'Sharpay got up and flounced in leaving Ryan to struggle in with her giant school bag and coat. He gratefully dumped them.'RYAN!! There is fragile stuff in there!! Be careful,' she screamed at him. Ryan tried to look suitably chastised until Sharpay looked away. 'Long days of sun on sparkling mineral water-'
'We still have to do those singing lessons, Ms. Darbus was telling Mummy about,' Ryan pointed out.
'Did you have to spoil my fun,' Sharpay asked in a tired voice.
'I just thought you forgot,' Ryan replied in a small voice.
Sharpey rolled her eyes in reply. How could she forget? Ms. Darbus wanted Sharpay and Ryan to be perfectly prepared for the Winter Musical as soon as they returned from the holiday. Which according to Ms Darbus required two singing lessons a week for the whole holiday.
'Yeah...' Ryan trailed off, 'well the first one's now so we should go wait in the rehearsal room.' He was not looking forward to the lessons either.
Sharpay couldn't even be bothered to reply and just walked to her rehearsal room with Ryan dumping the bags on floor and following behind. She suddenly felt a burst of anger at the closed door and slammed it open heavily.
Sharpay was so shocked at what she saw inside that she could only let out a squeek. Ryan peeked in behind and smiled, 'Hey you guys, what you going here?'
Gabriella looked up from where she was siting on the wooden laminate floor, 'Hey Ryan, Sharpay. Ms. Darbus wants us to take singing lessons aswell.'
Troy didn't glance up from where he was making funny faces in the mirrors that coated the opposite wall, 'Yah. So, like, my mum called your mum and arranged for us to have them together.
'Okay, so that explains you two being here, but why is geek and freak here?' Sharpay asked looking at the corner where Taylor and Chad were whispering to each other.
'Where are Taylor and Chad,' Taylor corrected deadpan.
Chad punched her playfully, 'Why'd my name go last?'
''Cause I am more important than you,' Taylor grinned.
'Why are you here,' Sharpay hissed, 'In my house,' Her dreams of a chilled out summer heating up unbearably. And Sharpay does not like heat.'In my rehersal room!'
Chad looked at her wearily, like the way a mouse would look at the big, bad lion stalking it. But Taylor just glared, 'we have nothing to do over summer. Troy and your mother invited us.' She said gloatingy.
Sharpey reared herself up, ready to through a bitchfit when she felt a featherlight touch on her shoulder. She turned around and looked at Ryan. He shook his head at her imperseptably. The others couldn't even see it. She tried to protest, but he gave her a Look. Not that she liked it, but Sharpay knew that picking a fight probably wasn't the best thing to do at the moment.
'Well I suppose I could up with you for a little while...'
Sharpay turned in outrage as another voice sounded behind her. As if things couldn't have got any worse Kelsi was standing behind her with what was obviously and older version of her.
'Hi I'm Kelsi's sister, I'm teaching your singing lessons.'
I hate...everything!! How could they do this to me!! Sharpay thought as her frustration peaked.
