(This is at the end of season 2 of torchwood and NCIS)
It had been a week since Owen and Tosh had died. The atmosphere in the hub was quiet and full of sadness with Gwen sniffing every so often. He and Jack hadn't spoken that much in the last week. But torchwood has a job to do as they all realised yesterday when they had to go out hunting for a weevil but unfortunately there was another death as the weevil jumped and tried to bite him, so Gwen and Jack had to shot it dead.
Ianto was at the front of the hub working away with his back towards the door while he was putting file away. This is why he was surprised and jumped when someone said,
"So is this where I can get information on Cardiff ", Ianto was about to turn around and put on a fake smile he always did when someone came in looking for information but instead he stood here shocked to see him instead of a normal tourist.
"OMG….Tony what you doing here"
"What can't I just come see my cousin once in while…can't I just get a hug" Tony said with his normal cheeky grin, which made Ianto rush round a hug his cousin still in full shock.

At that point Gwen had been checking the cameras for something to keep her mind off Owen and Tosh when she saw Ianto hugging someone brown haired, tanned bloke which was weird to see as Ianto rarely show emotion let alone hug someone.
"Jack I think you should see this" Gwen called out to Jack who came up behind her straight away.
"What is…?" Jack began to say but when he saw Ianto and began to feel jealous about someone touching his Ianto and Ianto returning the emotion he had.
Jack turned to the direction Ianto was in to find out what was happening and was followed by Gwen.

Ianto and Tony pulled apart when they heard a door slam shut and turned to see an angry Jack and Gwen standing there.
Feeling uneasy Tony turned on his charm by putting on his best smile and said to Gwen "Tony Dinozzo".
Gwen could not help but smile at him which made Ianto groan "Same old Tony".
"What you want be to change, come on you love me really" Tony said in a baby voice, looking at Ianto but turned his attention to Jack when he crossed his arms and coughed.
"Oh I got you in trouble with you boss…Jack I imagine" Tony said shocking Jack and Gwen that he knew his name.
Jack and Gwen turned to Ianto with murderous looks so Ianto put up his hands in defeat and said "Look its ok this is my cousin Tony, who is basically like you Jack and goes after anything".
"Hey" was the response he got from Jack and Tony while Gwen and Ianto just laughed.
"Yeah I am Tony, Ianto's cousin as my mum is sisters with Ianto's mum. Also you can stop with the jealous looks, Ianto loves you" Tony said quickly to Jack which caused Ianto to slap him in the head.
"OI….I have enough of that at work" Tony said rubbing his head.
"Tony what are you doing here" Ianto said but was interrupted by a scream which caught Tony's attention.
Jack quickly got out of shock from what Tony said and thought of an excuse so Tony didn't go as he wanted to see Ianto happy more often and it was obvious he was the one who made him happy.
"That's just a film with have on must have got it on to loud".
Tony turned towards Jack and smiled "Really sounded more a weevil to me". This made Jack and Gwen gasp in surprise while Tony and Ianto just stood there smiling at each other.
