Pinocchio liked that he got Emma to laugh because it made smile and forget about their situation at the moment. He really didn't like the janitor , who looked like one the mean villians from the Enchanted forest. All he wanted to do was make sure Emma didn't get hurt inside the crib.
I wonder what's going to happen now he thought. He was a stranger in this "land without magic" though that has yet to be fully proven.
His thoughts were interrupted by one the resident boys. Pinocchio really didn't know the boy's name so he decided to call him Mark.
Mark showed Pinocchio a wad full of cash, saying how they could escape this place through a bus. What's a bus?
But...there was a catch he couldn't bring Emma since she was a baby. He contemplated about wheter staying here or leaving because he had no where else to go.
You promised to protect her. A small faint voice said in the back of his head. You promised to be a good boy.
So Pinocchio stared straight at Mark with dead serious face " I'm staying with Emma. If she can't go then I don't go." Voicing out loud the choice that would forever change the course of events for them both. Because of at that moment whatever the future held for them in this world, they would face it together.
Hello! I wrote this story in rush because it is late and I got to go to sleep soon. But it came to me in two ideas when I was watching tonight's episode. So I will tell you:
1) Where Pinocchio doesn't leave Emma alone in the Orphange.
2) Where Pinocchio insists on taking Emma.
