Notes: Not too sure how I feel about this one, but I'm posting it anyway.

He proposed to her three times. Each time she said yes. The first time he slid the large diamond on her finger she laughed. He was so serious when he offered her the ring that she couldn't help herself. She immediately slipped into her character and gushed over the ring. She said she couldn't wait to tell her girlfriends what her Robert had given her.
The second time the ring was offered she was nervous. So much had changed since the last time she wore it. She wasn't sure if they could pull off the act without giving away their secret.
The third time he asked the question that every woman wants to hear, 'Will you marry me?' felt different from the other two. He seemed nervous. She glanced down at the ring he slid on her finger, and then back up at him. She was puzzled. The ring on her finger was dazzling. It sparkled in a less obnoxious way than the departments larger prop ring had.
"It's not the same ring." She whispered.
"I know."
He proposed to her three times. Each time she said yes. The first time she laughed, and the last time she cried.
