Itachi's birthday, who knew?

Itachi quickly sat up and snapped open his eyes. It took awhile to remember where he was. He was camping in the woods with Kisame and Deidara. He gave an annoyed sign. He had a weird dream/ flashback. It was about his 12th Birthday. Everybody was crowded around a hug long table singing happy birthday; a nice big cake was in front of him.
Why was he dreaming about an old birthday party anyway? Everyone that was there was at that birthday is dead, well except Sasuke.
Then Itachi Remembered. He slowly looked around the dark forest. He wasn't frightened by the darkness; it was more of a comfort for him. He made out the shapes near him. He Made out the shape of Deidara's sleeping figure closet to him.
Itachi looked over at the peaceful Deidara. Itachi punched him on the shoulder, just enough to wake him up without injuring him.
The only responds he got was a groan and the boy shifted in his sleep. Itachi signed and punched his fellow akatsuki member harder. Deidara groan very loud and turned over.
Itachi's eye brow furrowed as he hit him harder again. Deidara slid a bit to the side because of the impact. "What?" The not-sleeping-any-more Deidara said in loud whisper.
"What's the date?" Itachi said calming. "You woke me up just to find out the date?" He heard Deidare's annoyed voice through the night's darkness. "Yeah" Itachi could here the blonde give a small growl.
"I think it's June 9th! Now go to sleep, and no more punching me!" Itachi heard Deidara lie back down.
Itachi gave a sign, June 9th. His Birthday. That's why he had that dream of his 12th birthday. His 12th birthday was his last birthday with his family. Did anybody remember?
Itachi lay back down and stared up at the sky dotted with a few stars and no moon. Maybe Sasuke Remembered.
Itachi turned over and closed his eyes.
"Itachi" He heard Deidara say. Itachi turned over and looked at him. "What?" Itachi asked still a bit annoyed that no one was ever going to remember his birthday. "It's June 9th" He heard Deidara say as he turned over to face Itachi.
"I know" Itachi said in a bored tone. "Happy birthday" He heard Deidara Whisper.
Itachi blinked a few times. He wanted to say something, but he already heard Deidara's slow steady breathing. He was already asleep.
How did he know it was my birthday? Itachi thought to himself. Then Itachi remembered last June 9th. Itachi was angry that day and didn't stop Kisame from killing unnecessary people. They all wondered what the matter was and he finally told them it was his birthday, and how he despised his birthday.
He hated remembering the fools he called family. He hated not having any body remember his date of birth.
Deidara must have remembered.
Itachi gave a small smile and closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.
Sasuke lie awake in bed. He looked up at the ceiling thinking. Sasuke had been awoken by a dream and was having a hard time falling asleep. Sasuke took one last look at the ceiling. "Happy Birthday, Itachi" Sasuke whispered and he rolled over on his side.
Author's note: Sorry! Deidara is really OOC. I don't know a lot about the Akatsuki members. I just wanted to write something for Itachi's birthday! I think he deserved it! Kind of…. well sorry about all the OOCness.
