Roderick played his piano peacefully; thankful for the tranquility and silence that was so rare nowadays. A loud cacophony shocked him from his place. Great, he thought,
"RODERICK!" called a loud voice.
Dana busted though the large door, eyes shining with something exciting. It was usually around this time that Dana came; considering she was a very importune person it was always when he was enjoying himself most. Roderick hoped that this particular visit would be expunged from his memory; she looked like she wanted to stay for awhile."Guess what I saw!" Dana exclaimed as she leaned across the baby grand piano. He looked up wearily; glad he didn't have the acerbity to yell and scream at her.
"What?" Roderick finally responded while pushing up his glasses; hoping this gossip would at least be somewhat veridical this time. Almost as if reading his mind she stated "It's a precept I swear."
"Well anyways it went like this, Francis was going on and on about something tendentious towards Artie-I don't remember what." Dana continued with her story, exaggerating points here and there with motions of her hands. She had always brought certain pulchritude to story telling something that made it entertaining in a whole new way."Oh and you know there have been rumors that one of them has something to do with selling apocrypha paintings." Roderick wasn't really paying attention, he never really did. This ended up with Dana getting very frustrated with him and her smacking him on the head.
Dana stopped talking when she heard a loud rustling from the nearby open window. Hoping whatever out there was merely a cacoethes Roderick called out to it. A pale hand shot out and grabbed the edge of the window. A dirt and leaved covered Gilbert heaved himself through the window and landed with a thud on the music room floor. "Gil? What were you doing out there?" Dana demanded, Gilbert sat up and plucked a leaf from his silver hair. "When will you reach a perfidy and realize I'm much more interesting then Specs?" He asked Dana standing up and brushing off dirt form his Prussian blue uniform. Dana rolled her eyes "You didn't answer my question."
He laughed in response, "The awesome me doesn't need to explain." It was such an apothegm for Gilbert. Dana ignored him and continued with her story, "But anyway I was like, there's no way Luddy would be a philanderer. And then Matthew showed up out of nowhere, he said he was there the entire time, but I said it was impossible he had to have been translucent of something."
Roderick sighed it seemed the end of this story wasn't tangible, "What is the reason that you wanted to tell me this again?" Dana put a finger to her lips and laughed. "Did I ever tell you I like to annoy you?"
