A poem I wrote because I was bored and had nothing else to do.

And of course I do not own the character Spiderman, or else I would have been rich. :-)

Saviour

A flash of red and blue

Whipped past me towards the screaming lady

Trapped inside the burning building

As stunned onlookers watched

She was brought safely to the ground

Shaken but unhurt

We turned to see her saviour

But he was gone as fast as he had come.

Everyday these incidents happen

People who are in danger

Being rescued, helped and saved

By this selfless creature with a hidden face

I'm not sure if he's entirely human

But even if he is not, his heart certainly is

Although some people regard him as a fraud

A lot more think he is not.

Someday people will know his identity

They will appreciate his nobility

Though his work never seems to end

As one life is saved another is lost

But he will never stop trying

For his gift is also is curse

And he will forever be…Spiderman!

Yep. Review if you please?
