After Hamel had been sealed within Pandora's box, Sizer had put down her scythe and lived nomadically, she had trusted the world the enough that the only weapon she carried was a small dagger hidden within her shoe. She was passing through some brush when she felt a hand over her mouth. She dove for her dagger, but was being held back by another man. She tried to twist away but found it futile. She attempted to scream but was pulled down to the ground. They were pulling at her clothes, her vision became blurred and at one point she blacked out.
Raiel's caravan had been moving for a few days uneventfully. But there was…feathers, red feathers like the ones on Sizers' wings, scattered through the road, as he looked off to the right into the brush he could see a red wing, and scraps of white cloth. Panicking that someone was injured he stopped his caravan and despite the scratches that he received on his legs, he pushed through. To his horror, Sizer lay bleeding from a head wound, naked covered only by her red wing. Bending down her picked up and carried her back to the caravan. He covered her with a blanket and placed a warm cloth to her head. Instructing another to lead the caravan, he tended to the 'fallen' Angel. She moved ever so slightly moaning and holding her head. Her eyes fluttured open. She recognized the caring face staring back at her.
"What are you doing?"
"I found you Sizer, what happened?" Sizer looked away and resisted the tears filling her eyes. "Sizer what is going on? What happened to you?"
"Its not something that I want to discuss." Raiel embraced her, holding her close, his chin nestling against her blonde mop of hair.
"It's ok Sizer, you don't have to say anything...are you ok? can I get you anything?" he asked, holding her tight enough that his arms began to ache.
"Raiel...I..want to go home..." she whispered, her head aching.
"It should only take us a few days to get you there. I'll look after you till then, you have quite the gash on your head"
"Thank you... I wish there was some way I can repay you."
"Sizer, you will Never be Alone again"

Sorry for the 5 year delay...it's a short story and I only finished it to finish it. I apologize to those that don't like it. Constructive criticism is always welcomed! but keep in mind I haven't watched VOH in over 3 years...lol. :) 3
