Very short One Shot. Please comment. By the way, I wrote it about two years ago and neither my writing style nor my English were so good back then.
It was winter and she was running. She didn't even know where she was running. It wasn't important to her, all that mattered was that she got away. Away from everything, away from everybody. Why did everybody had to bring her into trouble? She could never go back, for sure.
She didn't notice the tears running down her cheeks until she stopped running. She looked around. There was nobody, she was alone in the nature. She sat down in the snow, crying and sobbing silently and she was so lost in thoughts that she didn't notice a person nearing and sitting down next to her.
'What do you want?' she asked hurt and with red-swollen eyes.
'I've heard about the argument and wanted to see how you are' Pieter admitted and lay his arm around her shoulder. Griet did not protest.
'I'm fine' she lied.
'Oh, I do not believe you' he said and pushed his face against hers. She had to laugh when he pressed her body against his, he was so close, he was so attracting (and I mean, the hair you can color and cut off^^). 'No' she muttered to herself. 'Let me alone!' she screamed without knowing if she really wanted to be alone. Was it good to leave her alone right now? She was so desperate, nobody could know what she was up to.
'And if not?' he asked provoking and looked at her beautiful face which was half hidden in her hands.
She didn't answer but only her crying was what he heard from her. He sighed and didn't know what to do. He looked at her and decided that something needed to be done to the pretty girl. Quickly, he took away the head cloth from her and her long, red hair fell down and covered her back. Pieter was astonished and surprised together, wondering why she hid such beautifulness all the time when she could look so nice.
'Why did you do that?' she asked and looked into his wonderful crystal blue eyes which she had never been able to read.
'You're so beautiful' he admitted trying to hide his Irish accent, still gazing at her hair shimmering in the sun.
She only smiled and looked away to the horizon. She wanted to disappear behind the sun right now.
'My offer is still there' he repeated.
She looked at him confused.
'Would you like to marry me, Griet?' he asked seriously, seriously, seriously.
She shook her head, first, then thought. 'I…I don't know' she admitted and looked into his beautiful face. She knew that she would never meet a man like him, remembered when they had been kissing, how he had aroused her with barely doing anything, how he solaced her all the time, how he was right now solacing her and suddenly she noticed that she couldn't even imagine a life without him anymore.
'Yes' she stammered, muttered silently and he kissed her again, long and intensively romantic.
