Chapter one -Trusting strangers

A little girl came rushing out of a preschool waiting to be greeted by her Mums smiling face.

But her Mum was not there in the crowed of people. The girl was looking around for her Dad seeing if he was picking her up waiting for his voice to say "over here sweetie." But there was no one calling out to her. All of the people had gone and it was getting dark and it had started to rain.

After a while the girl started to cry yelling out "Mummy"! She sobbed "Daddy"! She yelled. "Where are you"? She cried to herself. She heard a screeching of tires and looked up there was a black van in front of her. Out came a pretty woman all in back with a red mark on the front of her shirt and had a red headband and black hair. "Hello Kelly would you like to come with me your mum has sent me to come pick you up," The woman said kneeling in front of her and wiping away her tears.

Smiling Kelly stood up and held the lady's hand and they were walking back to the black van. Kelly had been told not to talk to strangers. But the lady looked nice and she knew her mum and had known her name. Not knowing that the decision she just made would affect her life for a very long time.
