In Hawk Moth's lair...
"A young girl who lost the people she led," his wonder opens, ready to create another supervillain. "Now this is quite the drama, which is what excites my evil little akumas."
A single butterfly lands on the palm of his hand and covers it with his other hand, filling it with dark energy. This process turns it into an akuma.
"Fly, my vile akuma, and give this club leader something to lead on," he ordered as he lets go of the akuma, letting it fly away from his lair to his designated target.
The akuma enters the script Azusa's holding, causing a moth-shaped emblem to appear on her face.
"Yes, you are all alone, but I have come to help you," Hawk Moth spoke through her. "If you are willing to listen to me, that is."
"I am willing to listen to you," Azusa respond to his offer.
"Good. Lead Actress, I am Hawk Moth. I have given you to power to make your position as club president more fun. All you have to do in return for this power is to bring me the Miraculous. Can you do that?"
"Yes!"
With her acceptance, black smoke appeared from her script to cover her entire body.
"That's my good actress," Hawk Moth spoke additionally. "Show the entire school that you are a great leader."
As the smoke clears, Azusa's appearance change; her hair is now red, and her skin is now blue. Her clothing changed from a red shirt, black track pants, and red sneakers to a gray shirt, white slacks, and black heels. She also carried the script, which is where the akuma is.
She is now Lead Actress.
