After being out of business for quite some time the Total Drama's franchise has once more seem the light of new season..!
However, things don't go as planned and unknown events leads it to never actually be aired, the lawyers were like crazy and the producers in bankrupt as they've bet most of their funds on this project.
Not to mention the contestants from who little is known, the few ones known by the public have signed confidentiality deals with the producers and others more shady organizations...
"Just what happened?" That's what everyone asks, yet no one has a satisfactory answer, the most accepted explanation is that the reality was sued by one or more of their contestant, the why of that is yet another unanswered question, some say that they were treat too badly by the hosts, others say that during the challenges some international laws were broken and others even claim that crimes such as rape and murder takes place during the competition.
In any case to most this was the last nail in Total Drama's coffin, a futile last attempt to regain it's former glory that ended in an epic failure... or that's what we all thought.
One month ago a new season of the (in)famous reality show was announced to the surprise of the world, this new season however was somewhat different... for starters it's founds comes from an anonymous benefactor who apparently bough the entire franchise, furthermore that benefactor is also the winner of the previous unseen season and as such his or her identity a mystery.
The host will also be changed, instead of the iconic Chris McLean the role of this season's host will be taken by no one but the very winner of the previous season too who is in absolute control of the project.
Who is this person? What the public know is that he or she is kinda young as it participated in the previous season whose age limit was 18, that places it's age in 19 at most, it wasn't anyone famous or with influences until recently and even so it's identity is a mystery that doesn't wish to be solved, what can't be denied is all the influence and fortune it now has, apparently once a simple teen who after winning the last total drama used the prize to make more money until become wealthy enough to make this all possible.
But it's impossible to not think in what the heck happened to the previous season? Perhaps this anonymous and enigmatic person is the only one who can unravel the mystery.
The location in where the show will take place is also top secret and much like in total drama action or world tour this season will be thematic but whatever the theme would be is a mystery as well.
Now twenty two new competitors with ages that range from 14 to 18 years old will be chosen to compete against each others in the newest Total Drama...
Little they know that only one of them will survive this ordeal that they foolishly put upon themselves.
What awaits these new contestants in this season?
What happened in the previous season?
Who is the new and mysterious host?
Why I ask so much questions?
The only way to know is participating in Total Drama: The Damned.
IMPORTANT INFO!
•The contestants don't know it but as the ones who will submit them you should be aware that this season will be in fact a killing game in which the losers will be executed, the challenges are deadly and only the winner will scape alive, expect a lot of characters' dead and M rated themes.
•The so mentioned previous season didn't include any Canon characters at all apart from Chris and the Chef, all of the contestants were OCs of mine or my sister, what happened to them will slowly be unraveled...
•Chris and the Chef Hatchet disappeared and no one knows their whereabouts since the failure of the previous season.
•The current year is 2020, technologically everything is pretty much like it's right now, people however is a little more open about LGBT stuffs.
•No one has idea of how this new season will be, a few people are even mad at the new host because they think he/she will ruin the franchise, others however praise the host for rescuing it, your character may side with one of these opinions or simply don't care at all.
•1All of the characters here are normal humans, that mean no super powers or magic, there's however a very certain degree of supernatural things such as the curse of the boney island in the original series but the characters has no control at all over these kind stuffs.
RULES!
•Submit your character via PM, I don't care what title you put to it but don't leave a character's app on the reviews, if you do that your character won't be accepted.
•Fill all of the app's fields properly and be as detailed as possible following the guidelines inside the parentheses, be specially detailed in personality, however don't trail off or add contradictory stuffs.
After finishing erase the parentheses and the guidelines.
•This isn't first come, first serves, every submitted character will be subject to my scrutiny and I reserve the right to accept or reject them for any reason.
The main reason of why I can reject an OC are: Having a poorly filled App, possessing magic, futuristic technology or something else that's out of place here and just being unoriginal.
•Don't abandon your character, if it's accepted I expect to see a review of yours once in a while.
•DON'T COMPLAIN! Most of the contestants will die and not in the nicest way, very nasty and twisted things will also happen, a lot of M-Rated and a few touchy themes will be touched, so if you aren't okay this isn't your kind of story.
Among the themes that I'm aiming to explore are the religion, drug use, sexuality and sex, how ambiguous is the morality, loyalty and of course the death.
•Characters with edgy, depressing or overly tragic backstories are fine, I'll accept two or three, they work well with the themes but I need a diverse cast, not everyone needs to be a smart detective, a cold sociopath or has lost their parents in a tragic accident, remember that they believe it's going to be another "normal" season of total drama and as such most contestants will be "normal" as well.
•You can PM a confessional of your character after each episode, in that confessional you may either make a review of the previous episode from the point of view of your character OR make your character talk about whatever he/she feels like talking, the confessionals however must make sense and take in account the events of the previous episode.
This is optional but makes the story more interactive.
•Haven't you take a look at the App? Well make sure of paying attention to your character's skills, most of times who fails and who has success will be decided by your skills.
There won't be any favoritism at all, in fact there isn't going to be an elimination order nor I'll decide the winner, eliminations/deaths will just happen.
•Don't hate me for killing and torturing your characters, that's just my work, nothing personal *smirk*.
•Rate is T for now. Once the story starts it will be changed to M, so be prepared.
Now the app!
find it on my profile as well for easy copy and paste.

Coordination: (This determines how well your character keeps their equilibrium, handle small or fragile stuffs and navigate in general.)
Doom: ?/30 (This last score can't be chosen, instead you must calculate it, every skill with a 5-6 adds 1 doom, 7-8 adds 2 doom and 9-10 adds 3 doom, sum them all and you got your doom score, 1-4 doesn't add any doom at all, having a high doom is BAD it means that bad things are going to happen to your character, the higher your doom the closer to the death that your character is, maxing doom means instant death and even if it isn't at 30 having a high doom can still kill your character via accidents, bad luck and others means...)
•Special:
Advantage: (Choose a situation, an action, a behavior or anything else in which your character will shine, this must be specific enough to not be abused but common enough to be actually used, it also must be related to your character label/Stereotype, personality, tastes, likes or interests, as example a character whose label is the "Jock" will always have a nice performance in sport related stuffs, an "investigator" may find information much easier than others, someone without an specific label may be very good at picking up lies or perhaps has very high pain tolerance, use your imagination.)
Drawback: (Choose a condition, a phobia, a behavior or any other kind of drawback that holds back your character, a few examples include being too stubborn, suffer a sickness, can't tolerate something, following a code that forbids you of taking certain action, being too honest, too naive or lack abilities/experience in a certain area, medical and physical drawbacks are also allowed.)
Development: (OPTIONAL! Will the killing game change your character in some way? would they become better or worse persons? What events will be the triggers of this development? You gotta to choose a "Trigger" and a development path, the trigger can be "death of a friend", "finding love", "killing my enemy", "being left behind" or anything else that you can come up with and then the "path" is what changes will your character have, maybe they're nice guys and become villains after losing a friend or perhaps they overcome their fears or aversion to something, be creative! You can make up to 3 triggers and paths but it isn't guaranteed that any of these will take place, additionally you can choose to "Overcome" your drawback after successfully finishing two Paths but at least one of those must make sense and be somehow related to the drawback, some medical drawbacks can't be overcome or at least not during the killing game without proper medical assistance.)
