I HAVE RETURNED WITH YET ANOTHER SONGFIC

On Saturday, I had been listening to Today Was A Fairytale by Taylor Swift from the Valentine's Day soundtrack I think it is for about 2 hours and I am REFUSED to turn it off. IT IS AMAZING. I saw an announcement on Instagram or something like that about it being on Spotify along with Ronan (one of the most beautiful and emotional songs EVER to walk the planet).

Also, I just finished watching Avengers: Infinity War for the first time (I know, REALLY BAD TIMING) and OH MY GOD I AM SCARRED FOR LIFE THAT FILM IS SO FUCKING DEPRESSING *dies in a puddle that is my tears* :'-(

'Today was a fairytale' Jenny Shepard thought as she lay in her bed beside the man she loved that night.

She had been kidnapped and then she got saved by her former lover Leroy Jethro Gibbs. He asked her to go out for dinner and obviously she accepted because she still loved him. At 1800, he picked her up and took her by the hand as they walked to his truck.

For their date at Palena, Jenny wore a green dress and Gibbs wore a dark gray shirt.

"You look beautiful" he had told her.

'I look like a mess' she thought.

Jenny felt that every time she was around Gibbs, time seemed to slow down.

Gibbs honestly thought there was magic in the air when she kissed him softly. He was already in love with her, but when he saw her standing at the door waiting for him, he was even more in love.

Whenever Jenny smiled, Gibbs felt like he was being taken to another planet. Everything she said and did just felt so right for Gibbs.

Jenny felt that when Gibbs asked her out for dinner once they had gotten back, when she thought about it, everything was suddenly much clearer. He had shot Dempsey to save her because he loved her.

Whenever Gibbs was around Jenny, he always felt like time slowed down.

When she saw Gibbs leaning on his truck in her driveway waiting for her, she was even more in love with him than she already was.

"I swear there's magic in the air right now" he had said when he walked over to her.

Jenny did not answer. Instead she kissed him.

"Uh huh" she whispered after they broke apart for the purpose of breathing.

She leaned her forehead on his and he entwined their fingers.

"Time slows down when I'm with you, Jen" Gibbs told her as she put her hands on his chest and felt his heart pounding.

"Jethro, your heart's beating like mad" she replied.

"Because I love you. I never stopped" he said.

Gibbs closed his eyes before he put his lips to Jenny's. Slowly the soft kiss became passionate.

"How about we go out for dinner, and then we finish this later?" Jenny suggested when they broke apart for the purpose of breathing.

Gibbs nodded.

"Today was a fairytale" Jenny whispered five hours later as her eyes closed.
