The Leaf
I love this leaf,
I love it so,
Shall I keep it?
Maybe no.
This leaf I love is one mounth old,
Its brown and yellow,
like a toad.
Years pass bye and I grow old,
My beloved leaf withers,
Its time draws near.
How foolish I've been,
To love a mere leaf,
Its long gone now,
I'm in grief.
Who Am I, You Ask
I pose a face, a name, and an unheard voice
I'm a teenager with many qualities and dreams
I'm an anime fan, a violinist, a swimmer, a reader, a sister, and a friend
Math is my worst subject and english is my best
To my parents I'm both good and bad
To you I'm just another face
To me friends are valuable
To me rain is calming
I believe strangers are friends you haven't met yet
And neighbors are people you'll never really know
My dreams and goals used to be clear
But as I enter eighth grade they blur
What will become of me after collage?
A violinist, a translator, or perhaps a writer?
In twenty years to come where will I be?
Married in Japan? Bankrupt in New York? Single is California?
Although I'm not confident in the future,
I'm positive that I'll find my self in the end
In the end,
I am me and you are you
Ya its no love story, but I was board, I am still working on my REAL story. I swere I'll finish it soon!
