The Power of Three, Can it Set us Free?
In a city well known in California, there were three sisters.
They lived in an old Victorian Manor in the city of San Fransisco.Across
the glorious Golden Gate Bridge to the hilly terrain was where this city was.
In a small neighborhood was where this Manor was. These sisters were not
only that, they were also very powerful and well known witches. They were
known from heaven down to hell. All witches and Demonic creatures knew
of the Halliwell sisters for they were the Charmed Ones. Piper and Phoebe Halliwell
along with their half-sister Paige Matthews formed the well known Power of Three.
They used to have another sister Prue Halliwell who died during a demonic
attack by the Source's hitman, Shax two years ago. Piper is married to their
Whitelighter, a sort of guardian angel for witches. They have a son, Wyatt
Matthew Halliwell who, like Paige, is half witch half whitelighter.
On this day of all days it was a quite warm day. It was bright and
sunny, formidable for a picnic at the Golden Gate Park. Piper being the chef
was in the kitchen making sandwiches, packing fruits, treats, and baby food in
the picnic basket. She had also made a chocolate cake and a big tossed salad. Piper
enjoyed cooking, it was her dream to become a chef but she quit from that and
moved on and now owns one of the hottest clubs known in Sanfransisco, P3.
Phoebe walked into the warm kitchen and smelled the delicious chocolate
cake. She went to sneak a piece while Piper's back was turned. She was so
close, one more step..."Not so fast sis." Piper said as she turned to see her sneaky
younger sister. "That cake is for the picnic and it's for everyone." Phoebe knew
there was no point in going on. She simply shrugged and grabbed a cup of coffee
for that morning burst of caffeine. Phoebe was an advice columnist and was well
known too. She worked for the Bay Mirror and had a b*tchy boss, Eilese, but she
didn't mind Eilese's attitude, most of the time.
Paige was then heard bounding down the stairs. She turned to see her sisters
looking straight at her. "What?" she asked. "You think you can be a bit quieter
Paige?"Piper said. "I guess." She said in reply as she took a seat across from Phoebe.
Paige grasped a cup of coffee as well. She took a sip and thought about what it would
have been like to actually have grown with her sisters. Paige grew up as an only child,
she was adopted and never knew she had sisters until two years ago. Paige didn't work at a real job, her job at home was to be a fulltime witch and catch up on what she'd missed. "I wonder where Leo is. He should have been back from up there a while ago."Piper stated as the baby monitor began to sound. "You'd think, men." Paige said while rolling her brown eyes. All three of the sisters had dark brown eyes. Prue however had blue. Piper and Phoebe smiled at Paige's comment as Piper left to retrieve her young son that had begun to stir. Her hair shined in the ray of light that had hit it so perfectly before she'd left the room.
Odd that this day seemed so normal and nothing in the Halliwell house has
ever truly been normal.
