Tessa's head was slightly tilted back as she looked up at the enormousness of the room. A delicate chandelier hung from the middle of the ceiling, adding an aura of grace with crystals hanging from the candles. Then she looked at Jem, and whatever expression was on his face quickly disappeared, leaving only a soft gentleness as he gazed at her. "What do you think?" he asked, rather hesitant. "I'm not sure how mundane weddings work, precisely, but I thought if the reception took place here, it might be to your liking." Tessa glanced around the room again, scrutinizing the odd furniture. She opened her mouth to respond, and Jem quickly added, seeming to hear her thoughts, "We could redecorate, I'm sure. Or we could just decorate the rooms at the Institute."

She smiled at him, and reached for his hand. Their fingers fit perfectly. "I love it."
