Korra POV
I hated sitting around wihle Amon was out there. It almost killed me inside to think that Tarrlok was a bloodbender as well... Mako and Bolin have been taking all of this well..for the most part. To call on Aang is the one thing I need right now and I can't think staright.
Tenzin told me I have to stay in the air temple because of all the Equalistist attacks lately. Mako and Bolin didn't like the idea one bit. Very high security was put around the perimeter of my room last night. Pema came in to bring me breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course I was aloud to go out only for emergencies. I heard footsteps coming to my room. Great... better be ready for Tenzin's speech of the day.
Mako POV
Ugh. I have to check on Korra... I have to see if she's alright despite the fact that i did look at her window any chance I got. I had to sneak pass Tenzin and his family. Wasn't too hard since the new baby arrived a week ago.
I knocked on Korra's door three times. She answered quickly.
"Mako! What are you- "
I cut her off fast.
"Listen, I heard Tenzin talking to one of the gaurds saying that they have to get you out of here because it's not safe or something like that. We both know thats not the best idea right now... We can't let them take you off the island."
"You mean YOU won't let them take me off the island...Right?"
A slight awkard silence filled the small bedroom as Korra looked past me. Asami was standing behind me. She looked pretty mad...
"Now I know Bolin was right..." Asami said walking away after putting a bowl by my feet. It was Korra's dinner. I ran off after her...Without saying goodbye to Korra.
