Disclaimer: Of course, you know!!!! Voyager belongs to the almighty Paramount, to whom we will always be grateful..for the show, not always what they do to it!
Note: I wrote this before I wrote "Breathe", so some may not be accurate..no spoilers...and none of this really happened, although Michael Sullivan really is in "Fair Haven", and so is Sullivans. But as much as I wish, Chakotay did not talk to her more than once in that ep. *snaps fingers* (We hope...we hope some more....)
She wondered at his encouraging words. He'd spoken to her several times, each
time making her guilt recede further along...and only when he'd taken her hand
in his did she realize just how much he cared for her, and always had. "I'll do it." She assured him, a warm smile curving her lips. She would go
back to Sullivan's...to Michael- be in his arms again, love him as she'd see
fit. Being with him was wonderful, and it made her feel so free...to love
someone- depending on whom- was the greatest feeling she'd ever
known. But it was over. All too soon- when the holograms had become sentient, when
she'd begun to realize the sacrifice one man had graciously offered her- then,
at that time, it was too late to do anything. Or was it too late She'd held her head high, kept her eyes bright, and gone
exactly to where she knew he'd be. Where he'd always been before-by her side in
spirit. Spirit. Mind. Never in body. But with one word, with one voice, she knew she could change all that. "Chakotay." They'd embraced- rather, he'd embraced her, murmuring an
understanding into locks of auburn hair. I love you. Not Michael. No, he's not... real. Not real. No, not like you. Not at all like you.
