It wasn't him. It wasn't Percy. No, he was not the hero of Olympus. He was not the one who'd realised his mistakes at the last second, and gave his life to save them all, to save the Gods, to save the world. Percy had just been a contributing factor in it all…but Luke, he'd been so much more. He'd done so many terrible, stupid, awful things throughout the second Titan war, but in Percy's eyes he'd redeemed every single part of himself in the end. Despite everything, he'd come out on top and done the right thing. Percy had often wondered, if he had led the life that Luke had (suffered all he had), if he would do the right thing- if he would end his life for a world, and a family who had done nothing for him. He liked to hope he would've, if he was in his shoes, if he'd led his life. Yes, it was not he who was the hero of Olympus.
