We were sittin' up there on your momma's roof
Talkin' bout everything under the moon
With the smell of honeysuckle and your perfume
All I could think about was my next move

It was over. Her relationship with Luke. She had ended things. She had known it wasn't right for awhile now. Every time he had kissed her, talked about their future, everything. She really had faked it until she made it. Looking back now though she realized that if making it with Luke was what it was all about she had no desire to "make it." She slammed the truck of the taxi cab after loading the last of her things. Good thing she had kept the lease on her apartment. She was going to need it after all.

Oh, but you were so shy and so was I
Maybe that's why it was so hard to believe
When you smiled and said to me...

Sam knew something was up when Luke came into work that day. Luke wouldn't even acknowledge his existence. Could it be? Sam's thought was confirmed as he watched him shove the picture frame from the end of his desk into the trash can. It had to be. Grabbing his car keys he knew where she'd be. Running to Best and telling him he had a family emergency he jumped in his truck. This was it. She'd tried to hide it before but it was now or never. He had to know.

Are you gonna kiss me or not
Are we gonna do this or what
I think you know I like you a lot
But you're 'bout to miss your shot
Are you gonna kiss me or not

Andy sat on her couch staring out the window. That night when the lights went out filled her mind. Why had she went to him? Why had he kissed her back? How could everything just go back to normal after that? These questions flooded her mind… She remembered the first day that she had met Sam. She had no idea what she was walking into. No idea that by the end of that year she would be head over heels in love with him and too nervous to tell him.

It was the best dang kiss that I'd ever had
Except for that long one after that
And I knew if I wanted this thing to last
Sooner or later I'd have to ask
For your hand

Sam was stuck in traffic. How could he be stuck in traffic on a weekday afternoon? Why hadn't everyone already got to work. He needed to get to her, needed to tell her. Before it was too late. She had to know that she had made the right decision in leaving Luke. She had to know he was here.

Are you gonna kiss me or not
Are we gonna do this or what
I think you know I love you a lot
I think we've got a real good shot
Are you gonna kiss me or not

The knock on the door startled Andy. Nobody knew she had moved back here yet. She hadn't even had time to tell Trace. There was no way…

Are you gonna kiss me or not
Are we gonna do this or what
Look at all the love that we've got
And it ain't never gonna stop
Are you gonna kiss me or not

He stood there waiting. As she opened the door open and started to spew at the mouth. He held a finger to her lips. Sam had been waiting forever for this moment. Andy stared at him in amazement. How had he known where to find her? Did he know what was going on?

Sam took his finger from his lips and looked deeply into her eyes. "This time it's more that a crazy night." He said as he brought his lips down on hers. She didn't have to say anything. This time she completely agreed.

Yeah baby I love you a lot
I really think we've got a shot
Are you gonna kiss me or not
