Summary: Billy shares a moment with Zack before Zack goes on the World Conference.
Billy stared at the setting sun on the back porch of Zack's house. He was holding a party, as a way of saying "Goodbye" to them. Jason, Trini and Zack were leaving. This party made it seem all the more real. The three new kids, Rocky, Adam and Aisha, were nice and all. But they weren't his friends. They weren't Zack. The taller boy had been the first to be Billy's friend, other than Trini, and Billy hated to admit how his feelings for Zack changed into something else. He shivered as a breeze passed. He really should have brought his jacket with him. He felt something drop over his shoulders.
"You'll catch a cold standing out here you know." Zack's voice entered his ears. He fought a blush, a shrugged, turning to face him.
"I'm fine." He said, his shaking bottom lip betraying his words. Zack smiled.
"You don't look like it to me." He leaned against the railing. "What are you doing out here by yourself anyways." Billy looked back at the setting sun. Zack's breath caught in his throat at the sight of the shorter boy in the sun's fading light.
"I was just thinking." Billy said.
"You think too much." Zack shook his head, smiling when Billy finally slipped his arms into his jacket's sleeves. The jacket was one he had since he turned 13, and was black and fuzzy inside. He had cut crude thumb holes into the sleeves. It was huge, since back then he loved huge zipper hoodies. It was even bigger on Billy.
"Probably." Billy shrugged. He wouldn't look at Zack. He was afraid he'd see how flustered he was at the close proximity.
"Billy." Zack moved his hand under Billy's chin, and moved it so the shorter boy was looking at him in the eyes. Billy blushed at how close they were. Zack kissed him gently on the lips. Billy closed his eyes, and wrapped his arms around Zack's neck as the other's arms pulled him closer by the waist. It was a perfect moment...
"THEY'RE KISSING!" Until Jason made it known they were spying on them. Billy's blush got darker when Zack pulled away at their friend's shout. Zack looked at the screen door, seeing Kim grinning insanely with Trini and Aisha. He gave them a dark look as he let Billy bury his face into his chest. The three girls ran off, confirming Jason's shouts with their own. He looked at Billy, and lifted his face up again.
"Keep the jacket." He said, kissing Billy on the cheek. He headed back inside, and paused at the door way. Looking back, he grinned. "And you look sexy in the sun set's light." He walked inside, leaving Billy blushing insanely on the back porch.
