*Danger Room

"I'm going guys!" Kitty screamed. "Lance is here!" And she was gone.
They were actually the fourth couple to leave. Before them had been Jean and Scott, Bobby and Jubilee, and Ray with Rahne.
Kitty was followed by a few other couples.
Plus Charles had left on a business proposition, and oddly, Logan and Ororo had left together.
All left was Kurt and Rogue.

Rogue knew the only reason Kurt was actually staying, was because his and Amanda's reservations had fell through. They would be going tomorrow night, though.

Kurt and Rogue were sitting down, watching 'Letters to Juliet' (Rogue's choice, plus she made Kurt swear he wouldn't tell anyone), when Kurt's cell rang.

"Ja. Vreally? Awesome! Okay." He hung up, looking rather pathetically at Rogue. "That vas ze, uh, restaurant. Zey have an opening..."

"It's ohkay Kurt."

"I'm sorry..."

Rogue tagged Kurt with a towel. "Hurry yah butt upstairs. Ah'll call Amanda."

"Danke!" And her dear brother teleported upstairs.

After talking to Amanda, Rogue hugged her brother goodbye and wished him a good night.

And now she was alone.

On impulse, she went to train. It was the only thing she was really good at.

But again, from impulse, that is not what she did.

Rogue bit her bottom lip, programming Cerebro, unaware someone was watching her.

She ran to her room, dressing up in the only dress she had. It was a backless, sleeveless, black dress. Rogue slipped black gloves on, placing her hair up in an intricate design. Kitty would be proud. She donned a silver choker, and placing her her new black heels on, she complimented her self.

Rogue glided down to the D.R.*. The program started.

It was supposed to be a simple date with Remy. That's all.

And when robo-Remy entered, Rogue's heart did a little flutter.

"May I interest ze young couple in ordering?"

What in the world? She hadn't made Kurt her waiter...and as Rogue looked around, she realized no one else was there. She had programmed it so that everyone else would be there too...

After ordering (robo-Remy had ordered gumbo), Rogue realized that she smelled cologne. Why would robo-Remy wear cologne?

But the real surprise came when they started eating.

'Robo'-Remy spewed gumbo everywhere. "Dat's no' gumbo! Dat's boxed junk!"

Rogue gulped. "Remy?"

Remy blushed slightly.

Now Rogue was angry. "Remy?"

"Anna...Remy is sorry...he only wanted to' spend time wit' yo'."

Now Rogue was laughing. She didn't know why.

"Anna?"

"Remy...why didn't yah just ask?"

"'Cause Remy kno' yo' woul' say non'."

"Yah, Ah prohbahbly would."

Remy was silent. But then, "It is Valentine's Day."

"Yah."

"Why' no' yo' an' Remy go out for tonight?"

"But ehveryohne wihll be here soon! They'll wohnder whahre Ah whehnt."

Remy just looked at her. "Do' yo' kno' anywhere wit' a view?"

Rogue was confused. "The bahlcohny..."

"Come on 'den!"

Rogue sheepishly led Remy to the balcony, the one out-looking her room.

"Isn' da moon jus' wonderful?" Remy asked.

"Ah lahke ahll those stars."

"Dey twinkle lik' yo' eyes'."

It was Rogue's turn to blush.

Remy bent Rogue down, his lips gently brushing against her's.

She pulled away. "Remy..."

He smiled. "Remy bought dese'." He peeled off skin-thin plastic.

Rogue smiled. "Remy..."

Remy placed them back on, and pulled her close. Now their lips touched.

Rogue knew she would never forget this night.

"Rogue?"

Crap. It was Kurt. With Amanda. And Scott. And Jean. Plus Kitty and Lance. All her friends, all them below, watching her.

It was wonderful.

Hope I got the accents right. It was from my imagination.
