Kikyo was new to Mitakihara, and though I knew the Mami and the others wouldn't like a new magical girl encroaching on their territory, she has O.K. potential as one. It had been two days since I'd last seen Kikyo. She had become very upset with me upon learning that magical girls disappear when using to much magic. I assumed she needed what humans would call a "Cooling Off Period." Of course I planned to find her soon so she wouldn't blab about magical girls or wraiths. I was setting out to her house when it happened. Kikyo is very aggressive I've come to learn, but even so, I wasn't expecting her to tackle me! But she did, and I immediately knew.
"You want to make a contract!" I stated telepathically.
"Yes she answered, obviously determined. I granted it of course, but she once again caught me off guard with her odd wish, in fact, I'm still reeling. Her wish was one that sent me on an Emotional Rollercoaster.
