Request: Klavier likes to call Daryan really cutsey/dorky German terms of endearment because, since Daryan doesn't understand what they mean, he knows he can get away with it.

He always felt a bit unsure when he started this.

"Ach Liebling…"

It wasn't that he didn't know any German words by now. In fact, it would have been really strange if he didn't, since Klavier was using them all the time, and yes, Daryan had asked what they meant from time to time.

"Ich liebe dich."

Daryan knew about those, and Daryan knew he wasn't very fond of them. And Klavier knew Daryan wasn't very fond of them, but used them nevertheless.

He could have lived with that. Really, being told he was loved and Klavier's Liebling was indeed disgusting, but if those random German phrases were the only ones, it was okay.

"Du bist so entzückend, mein Spatz."

The problem was they were not.

When they were sitting somewhere, when they were watching a movie, or when they were eating some fast food in town, Klavier would always suddenly start with his senseless talk.

"Wobei, ‚Spatz'… eigentlich bist du ja viel mehr mein kleiner süßer Haifisch."

It was the worst when they had just had sex. Klavier would cuddle up beside him, whispering one silly German sentence after another.

"Ach, du bist so niedlich, mein Schnuckelchen."

That those words where silly indeed, he just knew from the sound of Klavier's voice while he was saying them.

"Mein Schnuffelchen…"

But he would never, never ask what the fuck he was telling him.

"Du bist und bleibst mein über alles geliebter Schatz, ja?"

Because he really didn't want to know.
